I had earned a medium two topping pizza for free. I placed an order for a medium with sausage and mushroom toppings. As I proceeded to place the order it prompted how was I going to pay for the order. Sensing something was wrong with the order I called the establishment. I identified who I was and the order I placed two topping medium pizza that was supposed to be complimentary but was asking how I intended to pay for the order. The female that answered the phone said that the order would be free. When I arrived to pick up the order I identified who I was and indicated it was a two topping complimentary sausage and mushroom pizza. However, when I got home and opened up the pizza it was a plain pie. I called the establishment and was greeted by an arrogant and rude individual who proceeded to tell me I got what I ordered and if there was an error it was my fault. I have ordered numerous pizzas from this business and never has it been a plain pizza. I even requested the person review my past orders to which they responded that isn’t necessarily because they got the order right. To this I indicated I would no longer use their location if I so choose to order Domino’s pizza and ended the conversation.

Not a great experience this time. Got an email offer for free emergency loaded tots so began an order. Ordered hand tossed sausage and mushroom pizza- correct pepperoni cheesey bread- mostly bread and a pasta bread bowl with philly steak and green peppers- that came with chicken and very little beef. Not sure why. And the tater tots didn’t get added on. So for close to $30 I got 1 item correctly made and disappointment in the rest.

Under the new management this store is seriously awesome. Deliveries take literally 20 minutes to get to your house. Pickups take 10 minutes. They really overhauled everything at this location and it’s running fantastic. Props to the new management. This is seriously a great location. Happy to have them as the closest dominos to us.

Once again you made a my buffalo chicken pizza just a chicken cheese pizza. I ordered and extra buffalo sauce buffalo chicken pizza. There’s no buffalo sauce under the cheese so you just sprinkled it on top and called it good . That’s not extra that’s just “hey let me drizzle this on “

Does this picture make you crave pizza? What if I told you that it was supposed to be a Cali Chicken Ranch pizza and you opened the box to see it partially burnt and without a hint of ranch?
What if I told you that the manager would give you a “free pizza” if you paid for the delivery again? Well if you don’t pay the extra charge right away, they’ll tell you to call back later for the free pizza, then deny that conversation ever happened when you do call back in.
What to take from this experience? You give them money and they give you something you didn’t pay for and tell you that you are SOL.
As someone that rarely ever logs into this app to review, this is just a warning that if you like your money but are craving pizza, go somewhere else or keep the money in your pocket.
This isn’t a one-off situation either. This was the straw that broke the camel’s back.

I used to love Domino’s and haven’t had it in awhile so I ordered online with no problem. The food came fast but it was the worst pizza and wings I’ve ever had. The pizza tasted like dry soggy bread, what happened to that nice crunch from pan pizza? The wings were also a joke! They tasted like soggy fried wing dings with a splash of buffalo sauce. The food reminded me of frozen food that sat in the freezer to long then heated. NEVER AGAIN

Hit or miss experience at this Domino’s. Sometimes the pizza is good, but other times it’s overcooked, undercooked, or just poorly made. It really depends on who’s working. Last time, my daughter had to return our carryout order because the food was dry and hard. We requested a refund and won’t be coming back. Consistency is key and this location doesn’t have it.
