I had a very disappointing experience at this Domino’s location during the night hours. The service was poor, and I noticed staff handling food without wearing gloves, which is a serious hygiene and food safety concern.
As a customer, I expect proper cleanliness and basic hygiene standards, especially when food is involved. This experience was concerning, and I hope management takes steps to improve service quality and hygiene practices.

Got delivery at nearly 10 pm on a Saturday and had the best experience. That food was hot like the driver prepared it out of his trunk. He delivered my food with so much care and kindness, I started to believe people might still love their neighbors and enjoy their jobs. Thank you to the lanky, bald guy out on the roads tonight…you rock!

Almost forgot what I dont go to this location anymore. I did carside delivery and waited 20 minutes. You may be wondering, why not just go in. Well you dont wake a sleeping baby. I did carside for convenience of not having to haul my kids out the car but ended up having to anyway. Worst domino’s in the area in my opinion after tonight. Pizza wasnt cooked the whole way extremely floppy to the point it ripped on pulling apart. Which also wasnt cut properly so made that process even worse to the point some pieces need to be eating with a fork now…. I got 3 pizzas and bread sticks one meat lovers which had some pieces of pineapple on it. All in all will probably go to the other side of mechanicsburg to the domino’s over winding hill road if I decide to get domino’s again.

From last few months they are not up to the mark. We usually pizza form this place twice a month but from last few months they are not making it properly. We have to call them to follow up the order. We are vegetarian and whenever we place the order we make sure to call them and tell them to make it clean cut and well done. This is want they did with my last order. A piece of pepperoni in the middle of my pizza. Is that intensionally now? Still giving them 2 star’s because they were good before. One more mistake they will get 0 star which is even not there.

This is the nasty, cold, old, wet, pizza I received (minus the two bite marks)
I took a bite after my kid.
The pizza had an odd taste and it was cold!
I called the store and an even nastier “manager” named Kelsey got on the phone. She wouldn’t let me speak when I was explaining my issues. She hung up the phone and I repeatedly called back the store and she kept picking up and hanging up on me. She finally answered and told me call corporate with my complaint & hung up once again!
I went to the store and demanded my money back.
Someone else did refund my money.
While he was refunding my order another worker was standing behind him with a HUGE HERPES SORE on her upper lip!
FYI she did not have a mask on!
Do not eat at the Mechanicsburg location!
Unsanitary, rude, and classless! If Kelsey is the manager she needs to be fired Immediately!!! I asked for the General Manager or who ever was above her and they refused to give me their contact number!!!! You’re lucky I couldn’t give you a lower score because that’s what you deserve!!!!! Disgusting!!!!!!!!

Awfull customer communication! They are not helpfull either. Do not order from here instead Lemoyne branch. They are helpful and have good communication. They cut uncut order. They reflect their mistake to the customer! Manager is reckless and rude
