We have a card night with friends every Friday night. Have always had great experiences except for 2 weeks ago. Had a delay with the order. Kid at the counter wasn’t very professional when asked about the delay. He was rude and talking under his breath. All while the asst manager watched. Received no call backs regarding this Brewer kid’s rudeness. We’ve decided to go to the competition. That kind of experience is unacceptable!

Placed an order through the app. Thought I’d get delivery (convenience) even though I’m 3 min away. What a mistake. Driver took 50 min to deliver my order – and the food is lukewarm at best. Ugh. I called and asked why and was told the driver decided to take multiple orders for delivery – and mine was apparently last b/c it was closest to the store. Makes perfect sense – will not be ordering from this location again.

Rude employees that clearly dont know how to do their job and want to make fun of you instead. Point is we got 2hr old pizza and 2 hours worth of headaches. After having to go to the store anyway. Not even the decency to make the order fresh. Customer lost forever. This dominoes store should be avoided if you want a good experience.

I’m 100% over ordering from Domino’s in Annville. They apparently can not cook a pizza which is their specialty. The dough towards the edges was completely raw which is the second pizza because the first one was raw as well (from the same night and location). We had to re-cook our pizza so we can eat. Please understand that just because food is brown does NOT mean it’s done. Please do a better job in quality checking.

Terrible experience. Delivered to wrong address after waiting a hour. Have a newborn and ruined our entire night. Even called and they said it wasn’t delivered yet to only call back later to say they delivered to wrong place. Wouldn’t offer a discount or anything for their mistake. Never ordering here again.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Just ordered online sausage and provolone. They handed me a plain cheese pizza even though the sticker on the box said sausage and provolone. Handed it back and nicely asked for the correct pizza. Waited 20 minutes. Got this inedible thing lmao. Now I’m waiting 20 more. Edit: sat in their parking lot for literally an hour to get my correct food. Just now heading home and I’m never going there again.
