Ordered on new years and they had only one driver. That I understand, nobody wants to work on new years. Ordered two tot orders. was out for delivery for 50 minutes before I called and i expressed concern that the order may arrive cold. Was told they had just one driver and it wouldn’t be cold as it was in a heated bag. Order arrived an hour a half after it was out for delivery, cold.
Gave one to my dog. Ate the other one which was considerably less greasy. The cheese tots were just absolutely soaked in grease. Coagulated at the bottom due to cold.
I won’t be ordering again. I wasn’t gonna call and ask for another cold one to be delivered at that point. Honestly a waste of money and time and I regret ordering.

my workplace gives us pizza once a month from Domino’s as a reward and honestly the food they make is so disgusting that I won’t even touch it anymore even when it’s free. when they first opened in Titusville it was ok for a few months but as time went on it just kept getting worse and now it’s barely edible.

We’ve gotten pizza from here before and the pizza is great. We just ordered wings for delivery tonight. An order of honey bbq and an order of mild buffalo. The wings were undercooked and there was only the smallest drizzle of sauce on the very plain wings. Ended up having to cook them longer and put our own sauce on them. Very disappointed in the wings, especially since the pictures of the wings on the app were completely drenched in sauce.

I do not know who the current management is but it is a severe downgrade from what it was prior. Pre tipped 40% on the app for food to be delivered 3 blocks. Took over an hour to receive my somehow both cold and burnt food. When asked if they were super busy the driver said it was bc he had to use GPS to get to my house. I would have even forgave the wait if the food hadn’t obviously been left out for 40 mins. Congratulations on being the only time I’ve ever complained about food service.

Man I love their pizzas but customer service from manager/s was not up to par. I ordered a specialty ultimate pepperoni and got home 30min away and it had 0 pepperoni. I called and spoke to the staff(nice), left messages for the manager, called back for about a week. Finally spoke to a manager a couple weeks later and she said I could call back in for the order but they seem to not be able to find my original order. Feels pointless to try again.

Constantly takes over an Hour, they never knock on the door I always have to go walk to their car to get my food. Haven’t shown up a few times. And gave us cold old food when they drove around town and then finally gave us our food almost 2 hours late. Granted the food tastes alright but the delivery service around 7-10 is almost terrible

My recent experience with Domino’s Pizza left much to be desired. Despite opting for contactless delivery, the driver pounded on my door, called me, and even entered my house. This not only violated my preference but also made me uncomfortable. To make matters worse, he repeatedly asked for a tip, despite my belief that I had already tipped online. Such behavior was both unprofessional and unpleasant, leaving me dissatisfied with the overall service. I hope these issues are addressed to ensure a more positive experience for customers in the future.

They have tried to walk in my house before because they thought I was home alone until they saw my brother. They have also refused to give money back after saying an order was completed and it never arrived. They will hang up when you wanna call the manager and say you can’t have your money because “it’s in the oven again”. They always ASK for a tip. You don’t ask. They also have repeatedly just been horrible and we will not order from there again. Also the men are creepy.

The Pizza is amazing even though it is usually too expensive for us. My only reason for giving 2 stars is how long it has been taking for our food to arrive, and ALL the drivers drive in a VERY unsafe manner to try and make up time if a delivery is taking longer than it “should”.

Ordered a dessert with my order and called down to notify staff of their mistake. Rather than wait until past 11p for the dessert they simply said they would get it next time. Guess what-spoiler alert- they didn’t. Instead I got treated like a Ho-bo trying to get a freebie. Probably won’t order again.
