We ordered 9 pies for a party to be delivered at 2:15. They showed up 15 min early so they sat for 15 minutes cooling off. When we opened them every pie looked like this one. Clearly you have to ask for extra sauce and extra cheese to make it taste good. You can actually see the bread thru the sauces and cheese. Terrible job dominoes.

my friends and i came in, the pizza/all of our food was great. however the employee with tattoos up her arm and piercings(?) was being extremely rude to her coworkers, taunting them for how long they had to stay working (“i get to leave at 6 you guys have to stay here all night!!”) and when she mentioned something about the roads we lightheartedly mentioned they were pretty bad and she snapped back “im well aware.” we completely understand that food service can get stressful, but this was out of line. all her coworkers seemed upset/uncomfortable and in turn we were as well. i felt genuinely bad for the rest of the staff.

Ordered $50 worth of pizzas and they were all burnt and over cooked. Smelt like burnt crust walking in the door and turns out everyone’s pizzas were being burnt because they couldn’t figure out how to lower the temp of the oven. Instead they send out burnt food. I had them remake the one and they gave no apologies about the problem. Then while I was there the staff choose to stand around and talk rather than answer the phone that continuously rang off the hook. Never again will I spend my money at this place!

I filled out the servey because one of my 3 pizzas was raw after it showed passed the estimated time. Didn’t call or complain, intended just to throw it away. Got a call a few minutes later and fiance answered it. Guy asked if we wanted it remade or refunded. Had an attitude. I told him to let them know it was better to just refund it as it’s getting late at this point. Fiance said refund, the guy said ok and literally hung up on him immediately. It’s cool. There’s other places to order in town if that’s your attitude. I figured the survey let them know there was an issue without creating a stink. Turns out how dare we chose one of the options given to us.

Order said done. went a block away to pick up order. waited 40 mins without anyone acknowleging i was there. when they did they tried giving me two different peoples orders. every employee including managers looked completely lost. had 35 people crammed into one tiny “waiting” area.

I had been coming to this location for almost 2 years.. they were the only place I would go to for cheesesteaks… they always had good pizza as well… until it wasn’t… I’m not sure if it was the crappy employees, the loss of their management… but for a restaurant to go from hero to 0 in about a week… I think the owner needs to take a look at what’s going on… food quality.. service.. and even hours of operations completely fail…
There has been probably 10 separate times where I have ordered food for pick up.. they billed me, just to walk down the street to pick it up.. and they are shut down an hour before they close…Hire better employees.. period.

Ordered 3 pizzas on 8/3/25 received my order 20 min after it said it was delivered. Was brought a completely diffrent order then mine. Called the store and the manager said she would get it resent asap. After an hour of not getting my order I called back. S.ame said manager said they had gotten busy but she was getting it on the oven and it would be delivered within 20 minutes and that she would credit me back for the order since it was at that point 3 hrs into trying to get my food. Well a week later and never did get refunded. Pretty terrible service as far as I’m concerned
