First-time customer. Very small sandwhich for $8. And not much chicken on it. My wife and I were splitting the sandwhich and it was cut half — but it was not cut all the way through (so why even bother to cut it in two?). I asked one of the attendants for a knife to cut it — there weren’t any, not even a plastic one. She took the pizza and cut it with a pizza cutter. And gave it to me without saying a word or a smile. Sure didn’t make me want to come back!

Ordered $50 worth of pizzas and they were all burnt and over cooked. Smelt like burnt crust walking in the door and turns out everyone’s pizzas were being burnt because they couldn’t figure out how to lower the temp of the oven. Instead they send out burnt food. I had them remake the one and they gave no apologies about the problem. Then while I was there the staff choose to stand around and talk rather than answer the phone that continuously rang off the hook. Never again will I spend my money at this place!

Food took over two hours to get delivered after we ordered. The food was marked as done and undergoing “quality check” for over an hour. Once they finally sent the driver, they couldn’t find us. She called and I gave simple instructions of the location. She still couldn’t find it and took it back to the store and they sent a different driver out. We ordered 3 things and live 5 min from the store. Food arrived cold. If we would’ve known it was going to be that difficult, even though we’ve never had problems getting deliveries here from anywhere else, we would’ve just picked it up ourselves. Don’t order delivery here unless you want to eat in a few hours and microwave your food

Ordered a sandwich. The bread was pure white. Not totally baked thru. The inside of the sandwich was burnt. Cheese was melted out of the bun and burnt. Pepperoni was burnt to crisp. Taste was terrible. Had to throw it out. Very disappointed.

Pathetic excuse for delivery service if you live in apartment building. They do not deliver to your apartment, so you have to either meet them outside or never get your food. Had the delivery woman be extremely rude and dismiss my concerns then hang up; once I finally made it downstairs to the door I found no food. ♀️ icing on top of the cake was it was late at night and I was getting off a long shift so I was tired and hungry.
