Placed an order for delivery. The bacon mushroom pan pizza was delicious (a little undercooked, but that’s how I like it!), the BBQ chicken nuggets were also pretty good. I was very disappointed with the white pizza – visually unappealing prior to it being mishandled during delivery! We contacted the store who politely refunded the entire order! We were expecting just the white pizza to be deleted.

Don’t buy here. Ordered a Buffalo chicken pizza and the toppings were wrong, and what I mean by that is that they didnt put any buffalo sauce on the pizza. Gave an email to customer support (was polite about it) they said the Gibsonia Domino’s would reach out to me and they never did. Assuming they’re just brushing it under the rug and hoping I’d forget.

Just walked in unannounced as a third party inspector to evaluate this store that has been performing poorly. I was amazed at my findings.. organized and super clean store, outstanding product, and super friendly staff. Apparently the original owner who opened up this location has retaken over and completely cleaned house. It is must see. Really impressed and will be back for sure. Please check them out again

Not sure how Domino’s stays in business it’s not just this Domino’s it’s all of them the food tastes like garbage. I’ve never had it before and someone told me I had to try it being a pizza lover I gave it a go. I tried another restaurant before I tried this one and I tried this one hoping it would be better than the last. Pretty sure they just have lousy pizza at Domino’s. If you can’t get a cheese pizza right you have no business in the pizza game. Also the fee for delivery is ridiculous and the pizza is expensive. Find a nice family-owned Ma and Pa place they will make you a much better pizza.

Order pizza and BBQ wings. The wings were small and barely had any BBQ sauce on the wings. I attached a picture. The pan pizza crust was soft and soggy instead of crisp like a pan pizza crust should be. The toppings fell off as I removed slices of pizza from the box. Disappointing for what I paid for the pizza and wings.

I have been a very good customer of this store, no matter how many times the order took close to two hours to get to me, or didn’t taste so great, because they deliver and were open during Covid. I would even tip over 20% every time. Well, I ordered two pizzas on the app, added a 20% tip and proceeded to wait over an hour. Never got the order. Turns out the store was closed. Called today and was told by a manager that a credit had been placed on my account. The manager even said what a good customer I was and how he was very sorry that happened. Just called to place to order and use our credit and the young man who answered accused my husband and I of making up a story to ‘get free food.’ He said he knew nothing about it and when we tried to explain, he kept cutting us off and talked over us. When we asked him to contact the manager, he refused and told me to file a dispute with credit card company. This kid was so disrespectful and thought since he was talking in a calm manner, accusing a “good” customer of lying wasn’t being rude. WOW! I guess there’s a reason they have such bad reviews. I like to patronize businesses that are privately owned and stayed open during the Pandemic. But, this disrespectful and outrageous young man lost a customer for his owner. Nice job kid

Just not good. Their precious “Earth-Saving” EV ran out of charge delivering our meal. It took almost two hours to get our order delivered and it took a gas engine vehicle to do it. NEVER AGAIN!

We need to feed 30 people in a hurry! The manager stepped up to the plate and made us 11 pizzas (including some GF and vegetarian) in record time. He saved us some money and was cheerful and genuinely happy to help us out. I definitely will be back when I have a crowd to feed again, thanks Mike and crew.

The pizza is good. Everything else is just plain garbage. I’m not sure if they had a problem with a driver before. It use to take over 30 minutes to drop off a pizza, after it left the store. I stopped ordering for a while because of that. The last two times have been much better. However, DO NOT order any wings. I’ve never seen wings so small in my entire life and they are expensive. Look at the picture. This is not a wing. This is a joke right?!?! It cost about a dollar each wing as well.
