Wow… went into the store today and the customer service SUCKS. The cashier and order taker (one that took my order) did not like his job at all. Get this… in food service and is twisting his beard while taking the order (he did go rinse his hands) and after the POOR customer service, the pizza was a 3/10. I will NOT return. Go to Primanti Bros. Come to the USA and have an attitude. Really!

Avoid this location at all costs. They CONSISTENTLY show up very late (like 40+ mins late), mark it as delivered in the app and then say “oh that doesn’t mean anything” or “oh the driver’s phone doesn’t’ work”, or give you a different excuse every time you call to find out what’s going on. They also either don’t provide delivery instructions to the drivers or they just don’t follow them. And they will adamantly refuse to refund your order, even if you’ve been waiting 45 mins since it allegedly came out of the oven. Tonight was the last lukewarm pie I’ll get from this place, I’m done.

Horrible customer service. They messed up 2 of my pizzas that I ordered and couldn’t have cared less. Pretty much it was my fault. Plus they don’t cook the pizza all the way through. They don’t know how to put toppings on. Learn to make pizza.

Pretty bad, to be honest with you. The pizza arrived more than 30 minutes past the ETA on the app. When I called to ask where the order was, I was chastised that they are very busy and that it was Christmas Eve. (The order was placed on December 26th.)

Very horrible customer service. Very bad hygiene of the employees working there. The employees has long, unkept, dirty nails and they were preparing my food. Pizza dough was raw, chewy and uncooked. This place should be inspected by the health department and shut down for horrible business practices. I DO NOT recommend. Also, they refused to honor my $7.99 carryout coupon and charged me $17 for a medium sized pan pizza. Domino’s medium pizza is what considered a small by every other pizza shop. DO NOT waste your money here, go somewhere else that is clean and reliable.
