Don’t go there read first ! They arrived today. The order was way wrong. I told the driver he seemed very nice and unapologetic. Tried to call them was hung up on before ever speaking to anyone. The pizza arrived at the last minute and was cold. Will never do business there again. Tiny little pizza too.

Don’t order here I used to order all the time probably 5/6 time a months there must be a change in owners or something they deliver my food when it was was raining the driver did not call or knock they left my 35$ order on the ground in wet nasty weather I had to call to find out it was delivered there and was sitting was told they was going to replace the order it never came then called again was told was her a full refund after 10 days no refund so reached out to corporate they couldn’t help since privately owned so I will never order again from there they stole my money don’t want anything else had to go Thur 4 calls 2 emails just to get nothing

I would not recommend this place to anyone.
My order was marked as delivered when it wasn’t.
When I called the store, they hung up on me. Then the driver called me and was very rude when asking the delivery location despite me making sure I put in the delivery instructions that it will delivered to a business. (Huge sign, bright lights, can’t be missed) By the time it was delivered, it was over 20 minutes late and cold Even though the delivery location was only a few mins away from the pizza shop. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, the driver was upset with ME and made rude remarks when leaving. Whatever.. I got the food, BUT THEN when I opened the box containing 8 wings, they were SO tiny.. I also ordered a pasta bowl, it looked great and tasted great… for the first two bites until I noticed two very long hairs.. Didn’t taste so good coming back up. This was my first time ordering from this location and Dominos in General and after this is just might be my last.

I ordered from them 3 times within a month and Everytime I ordered I never got what I ordered meaning my butter and garlic sauce . I called and complained today bc they did it again and the man I talked to said they would send a driver out to deliver some for me and apologized … I never got my sauce tonight and I call them back and no answer! Not good place to order from

The last time I ordered the pizza had literally no cheese or sauce! Not to mention it wasn’t even cut. They just threw some spinach in the middle and I guess called it a pizza…
The sandwiches are always overcooked and cut like no one gaf. Orders aren’t made correctly, and when you call the store they’re rude, and very dismissive. I’ve reached out to corporate.
This was their response;
“The Belle Vernon location where you ordered is locally owned, so I have reported your concern to their office. This will give their office the opportunity to hear your feedback firsthand, and do what it takes to keep you as a loyal customer.”

Basically came in at 10 minutes, wasn’t ready, okay fair I then pay for it and wait for my name to be called, 20 minutes later no name, I ask what’s the hold up, order was ready already but never called my name, and no apologies or anything about asking me wait even longer. Yea no don’t bother coming here, just go to Wingstop, at least you don’t wait

We had anchovies when I got to the store my pizza is still in the (prep stages) so I went into the store because I had carside. I went in and the guy said we’ve been very busy I waited about 3 minutes and I said could you make my pizza now since I’m waiting here then he comes back and says oh we have no anchovies to put on your pizza we tried to call you which was a lie because I did not get a call I have a call screening on my phone and it would appeared on my phone if anybody calls so then he started they didn’t have any anchovies by using the app I’d already paid for the pizza in full which included the anchovies. we end up putting green peppers on it but my mother loves anchovies and she was disappointed in the pizza and so was I. I was disappointed in the service of the manager lying to me saying he tried to call me when he didn’t. I have not gone back to this Domino’s sense however I did order another pizza from the Monongahela store and it was with anchovies and wonderful

I’ve been ordering from this Dominos’ Pizza since it opened for the first time. The pizza is always nice, hot, fresh, with the best quality ingredients, and delievered or served with a smile. The only problem is the online experience cause everything else is perfect. The free pizza is always the cheapest but why can’t i pick what pizza gets the discount? Its my pizza so why isn’t it my choice? So because of this my mom is getting the free pizza but mine arent but im the one paying. Im the customer but its not my choice so your saying its your money im just barrowing it. Cool so no tip then right? Yea cause thats an equalizer. But remember you nailed everything else. Seriously this is literally the only thing that needs fixed.
