Called to place an order as we were going to pay cash, we have ordered from this place in the past the same way. First calling we had to repeat ourselves multiple times to make sure they got the order as they seemed to not be getting it. Then they asked for our card. Told them, no we called to place an order because we were paying cash. They told us new rule that they only do card. We told them when did this start and they said a while ago. Not true because we ordered from them before paying cash. Told them again we are paying cash as they kept asking for a card. Told them nevermind they lost our business for good.

I don’t recommend ordering more than one item at this Domino’s on Delaware Street. The pizza and the loaded tots were fine.
However, the new Mac & Cheese and the Italian sandwich were UNACCEPTABLE! Instead of making me the spicy version of Mac & Cheese, they made the regular version, which wasn’t much and the tin pan was burned. The Mac & Cheese itself was hard to eat due to it sticking (glued) to the tin pan. The Italian sandwich pictured was basically slapped together and overcooked.
Check your food and if they give you a hard time, ask to see the manager. Lesson learned!

Honestly I was under the impression that this was a franchise that pride themselves on customer service I called to place an order and while I’m in the middle of placing my order I guess a customer walked in and immediately the employee ask if he could put me on hold for a second I was fine with it at first but then he comes back for second time continue to take my order then again for a second time he puts me on hold then again for a third time he proceeds so I then ask him what was so important that I had to be put on hold three times he says other customers walked in at this point I’m baffled because I was under the impression that I was also a paying customer why did I have to wait for three customers that walked in after me to get their orders after me or to be taken care of before me ? Long story short these people are ridiculous I don’t understand why their in customer service if they don’t know how to deal with customers… if I could give them a zero star I would but

Pizza old and dried. They give out old pizza it’s is not fresh! They lie. I ordered 2 medium cheese pizzas and some boneless wings because me my children like dominos. Got home opened the box and ate a piece . It’s is old. I called and they employee tried to tell me that is was fresh. I’m like I order from here all the time and it is not fresh! Never ordering from this location again!!! I’m disgusted and very disappointed. Rude customer service.

Second time trying Domino’s again and I couldn’t have been more disappointed yet again. Over cooked, tasteless cardboard pizza. $2 frozen pizza is better than this sad excuse. Threw it in the trash where it belongs. Don’t waste your time on the lava cakes either. Nothing good to say other than don’t waste your money on their products.
