Stopped in “late” one evening
and ordered the special Cheese and Peperoni stuffed garlic crust pizza. Out of This World!!! Delicious Soft crust, nice texture. Totally Satisfied!!! Great Pizza!! Great Job

I always loved Dominos Pizza and lot of times I even argued with my friends over this. But after the experience I had last week I decided not to order from Dominos transit road store. I ordered a extravaganza pizza on garlic Alfredo white sauce with lot of toppings on it. I was super hungry and weather was so bad so I decided to drive myself and pick it up. Once I got home I noticed they gave me plain pizza on robust tomato sauce . I called them up and explained and they asked me to bring the pizza and pick up my order. I had to drive again and starve until I got my order. Even then I was happy that at least I was getting my order.
I picked it up again and came home. When I open it was completely dry and they just spiced it up no idea why. I have had this pizza multiple times in the past so I know how it tastes. I had no choice but eat as I was starving for more than 1.5 hours. My stomach hurt for 2 days. I thought it’s completely useless to call them again so decided never to go back there again. Since I have always loved their service I may try in other branches but not this one.
This also reminded me another incident from July where my friends came from Nashville and we ordered pizza as they were vegetarian I specifically ordered veg pizza. We picked it up from window and we started driving as we had to go somewhere. After 30 min when kids were hungry we opened the box to eat only to find they had bacon on it . Just to make sure we didn’t order bacon by mistake we opened the app and checked. We ordered correctly but they delivered it wrong. It was late in the night . Having kids with us we struggled a bit to find them food. (This also same transit road store)
Looks like their quality check folks don’t care what order going out not sure what they check really.

I don’t know what to say about this place. Lol. They put chicken or any other toppings on any pizza which is on deal like they are gold plating . So if you are ordering online with any of their deals,, BE CAREFUL ‼️…. You will get a Gold plated Pizza… I bet if you find chicken in this pizza

I ordered a delivery for this restaurant, and had a free coupon for the bread bites and was going to buy cheesy bread with it. Tried ordering it and then I get an error message that I was short the exact amount of the parmesan bites, so I had to add something else to the order, which slightly irritated me because I had a coupon from ordering delivery multiple times. Then came time for the tip which, I didn’t think was really warranted due to the fact of the minimum purchase, for crying out loud pay your employees. I own a business and I pay employees for their time at a valued rate. Also it wasn’t like I was ordering multiple pizzas and it was hard to carry. Then after they deliver it, I read the receipt and the driver wrote on the receipt saying how I should’ve given him a tip. Now I’m extremely happy I never gave him a tip, because you don’t ask for a tip, you receive a tip when a good/exceptional job is done. I think it’s quite presumptuous to remark to a customer that you require a tip. If Domino’s a multi million dollar company can’t afford to pay their employees a decent wage how the hell can I afford to pay them extra then I’m already paying them for overpriced food and their minimum order? I understand business and get profit margins. To the driver as an employee don’t start trying to make me feel guilty, I’m not your employer, I’m the customer. Talk to management.

For the love of all things holy do not order their chicken wings. Horrible. I know who orders wings from dominos well it was my first time and now my last o hate wasting money and will normally stomach the food but I forced myself to eat two and suffered later! Pizza was fine but damn the wings were disgusting first and last time ever getting dominos

I ordered large pizza with 3 topping however due the error on the Dominos webpage order did not go through on the Domino’s website. I tried again and it did went through but the topping were deleted. This location made my pizza without any toppings. They should have called and confirm if the order is correct. After I got the pizza home I noticed that the store gave me cheese pizza with no toppings.i called the store to refund this as I ordered with 3 toppings. The store refused to refund instead put all the blame on me that I ordered this pizza with no toppings. The company website is not working properly on orders and so does the store is unwilling to take any responsibility they seemed to not offer any customers service to the clients. Rude people.

This location is well run, like an oiled machine. I saw 2 delivery drivers when I went in to pick up my order, it was ready within the window I was given for online orders, and still hot. I never got the text updates I signed up for, but that’s okay for me. We just order plain cheese for the kids, but the standard crust is pretty good, it’s typical Domino’s, you know what to expect/what you’re getting. Just this location is run well, so I can recommend it.
