Worst location. Ordered takeout from here twice. Different people working each time but they managed to mess up my order both times. First time, they forgot to include the dipping sauces I paid for. Pizza tasted good and everything else was ok, but the second time, they got my order completely wrong. I ordered new york style and they gave me their regular one, and missed one of the toppings. On top of that, there was so much sauce on the pizza it tasted gross, we couldn’t even finish the pie. It was 90% sauce and 10% toppings

Was alright ordering online. Had everything ready and all when I came in for carryout 2 mins early. Seemed like an easy in and out except had to confirm name a few times. Wish they had put things in better boxes rather than 2 awkward rectangles.

The food was okay but the staff were really unprofessional. The eye-rolls I got while ordering made me lose appetite honestly. Despite our order being ready, they did not bother informing us. They had us waiting meaninglessly. The staff need to be humble specially the black lady at the register who took the order.

The worst service ever. I ordered online and said it was ready to be picked up. Went in waited 10 minutes for the employee to finish up with the customer infront of me, and when it was my turn the employee said “yea I see it says it’s ready, but it’s not”. As much as I want to be mad at the worker shame on you for leaving him alone on a Saturday at dinner time when you have a promotion going on. This is the 3rd time I’ve received poor customer service at this location. Sadly all Dominoes customer service truly sucks for a while now. Won’t go back.

Domino’s is hardly a 5 star franchise, but this has to be the worst location EVER. I have never seen a pizze cut randomly into six uneven slices? I picked it up, after waiting 10 minutes in the rain, to get a COLD PIZZA. How do you tell me it is still in the oven and I have to wait and then hand me a COLD PIZZA? Finally, ordered chicken and specifically said NO BACON… it came covered in bacon, like it was “extra bacon” or something? It is NOT a busy night, it’s 6 pm on a Wednesday, and you can’t handle a pizza with no toppings and an order of chicken? PATHETIC. Hope the manager/owner reads this and then won’t wonder why people are never going to order from his location again!

Excellent service, taste, and ingredients. The staff is so friendly and professional. We just moved to Syosset. I order here at least once a week as my family loves it. The carry out deal is incredible as I prefer to have pizza for curb side pick up. It is so fast and easy via Domino’s app. The pizza is always fresh, hot, and tasty. Definitely worth trying! 🙂

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE SINCE YOUR PIZZA WOULD NEVER BE ARRIVED. I would like to pick 0 star if I had this choice. The phone call never picked. the tracker APP never works. It will waste you money and time.
