Takes longer and longer every time I place an order for delivery. Their average delivery time is about an hour. Tonight was the nail in the coffin. Waited over an hour and when the guy arrived, he called me and left my food outside in front of my house in the rain, and sped away the second I came to the door. One of the boxes was crushed and had a dirty receipt shoved in it, touching the food I am no longer going to eat. This place and its employees are nasty

This domino’s branch sucks!!!! Terrible customer service. The pizza sucks. There is either never enough sauce or way too much sauce. They are especially rude to women and brown people. As far aa I’ve witnessed they seem to only extend their notable respect and kindness of any magnitude to men of Caucasian descent. My suggestion is if you’re in the mood for dominos and you happen to be in the Long Beach, Island park or Oceanside locations do not patronize this location, maybe go to the infamous Ginos if it isn’t too late or just go to the Oceanside Dominos location. They are usually pretty good all across the board. Besides there is a valid reason why this location only scored a 3.7 rating. Trust me it isn’t by mistake.

I wish i could give half a star. I called and ordered 2 pizzas this evening from this branch.The delivery guy came late, smelling full of alcohol and was very rude because he didn’t get a tip. wasn’t my fault, he didn’t had change for the $50 other than the $50, I had $36.70 the pizza cost 36.79 when I turned away and was asking the receptionist for the 9 cents, he picked up the pizzas and left, saying “he didn’t come all this way for no tips” when I called to speak to the manager, the person that answered the phone said she was the manager, from speaking with her, I knew she wasn’t the manager. In some situations, I know customers are not always right but my experience with this delivery guy today was distasteful. I would never order anything again from there.

BEWARE… This Domino’s Pizza in Long Beach, NY has a tremendous food safety problem. Totally untrained staff in food safety. I ordered several gluten free pizzas. While waiting, I saw the staff slice the gluten free pizzas with the same cutter used on the regular pizza. Good thing I saw this cross contamination because my gluten free pizzas now with gluten would have made my children very sick.
When I made note of this. They said it was ok. NO. It’s is not ok. Food safety is every food establishment’s #1 goal. So…. BEWARE!

Giving only a 4 star because everytime I order form here it has been very nice. But I ordered a pepperoni pizza and wings on a Wednesday night and it just didn’t meet the mark. I spoke to friends about the matter and they had the same experience. They said it was also on a Wednesday. !?!?!
