This domino’s branch sucks!!!! Terrible customer service. The pizza sucks. There is either never enough sauce or way too much sauce. They are especially rude to women and brown people. As far aa I’ve witnessed they seem to only extend their notable respect and kindness of any magnitude to men of Caucasian descent. My suggestion is if you’re in the mood for dominos and you happen to be in the Long Beach, Island park or Oceanside locations do not patronize this location, maybe go to the infamous Ginos if it isn’t too late or just go to the Oceanside Dominos location. They are usually pretty good all across the board. Besides there is a valid reason why this location only scored a 3.7 rating. Trust me it isn’t by mistake.

We love Domino’s Pizza. Sadly, a few times we visit this branch we notice the cleanliness. The way they serve. We notice only one staff working that time. His the same person working as a cashier and the one making the food. Well, it doesn’t really matter if he is the one doing everything but the fact that he used his bare hands molding and preparing the food without even washing it after he touch the register. They should know the right and wrong how to be a good food handler. Hope the management will see this through. It’s not right. We actually walk out after we saw this process. I could even give zero star but we still love Domino’s. But we are not gonna order for now in this branch.

Food is fresh, fast when service is available. The phone goes right to corporate, its not a direct line, the website is down, supposed to be 20% off if you order online. I tried downloading the app and nothing worked. Cheesy bread came with no sauce. I asked for 4 sauces on the side and I was charged for them, none were there. I called back and they told me to come back and pick them up. Only reason I ordered is because it was late and I thought it would be easy, turned out to be a whole ordeal. I’m not writing based on this only experience. It’s just absurd website, app, phones and my order was messed up. They are open late and this could be your only option.
