I always order from this place I been there regular customers. So yesterday I got some points from online and I was eligible for the free pasta and I order after I ordered the portion was very low bc they saw it free that’s why they do that when I called they was telling me it’s come less portion now I was like last week I ordered and he said they change the rules from this week. I placed a delivery order through the Domino’s app at 12:00 PM from the Clarkson location. The app later marked the order as “delivered,” stating the food was left at my door, but nothing was there. I tried calling the store multiple times and no one answered.
When I finally reached someone, I was told the food would arrive in 5–7 minutes. It still never arrived. I waited an additional two hours with no updates.
Since the app would not allow me to request a refund and the store was not answering the phone, I went to the location in person (which is close to me) to ask for a refund. When I explained the situation and requested a refund, the employee insisted I take the food instead, despite it being nearly four hours later. I declined.
The employee was rude, dismissive, and left me standing there for about 10 minutes while doing something else. He eventually printed the refund receipt, slammed it on the counter, and walked away as if I had done something wrong.
This experience was extremely unprofessional from start to finish. I will not be ordering from this location again and recommend reading other reviews before wasting your time.

Completely unprofessional! I ordered pizza for my class party since last Tuesday, and never received it. The order didn’t come until AFTER my lunch period was over and I was back to work. They never refunded me, and continued to give me the run around every time I call them. Worst experience! They are incredibly dishonest and they have horrible costumer service. Don’t order from this branch! They take your money and there is no urgency to get your food to you in a respectable time, then ignore you and keep your money! So disgusted

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! Place is terrible. I ordered from here the beginning of October. Had to wait over an hour with it being a few blocks away with no tracking updates from the app and when it did arrive this is what I got; hard burnt pizza. I called the store and had to wait another half an hour and when I was finally able to speak to someone from my understanding they were going to bring two pizzas for my trouble, when the guy arrived after another 45 minutes he expected two pizzas back. The pizzas he brought looked exactly the same, terrible experience. I will never order from here again and I wish I would have read reviews before ordering on the dominos app.

I should’ve ran away when I saw low ratings. I ordered 8 bbq wings for 10.89 and safe to say he got tired of drizzling the chicken because sauce did not cover all chicken and in some case barely any bbq sauce. sorry ate some before pics was starving. lol

Everytime i do delivery my pizza is always cold I’m literally around the corner so I decided to start doing pickups i usually just do pizza i decided to try other stuff on the menu and that was a disaster worst dominoes ever i tried contacting cooperate and i’m yet to get a response from them. My sandwich was burnt my pasta had no sauce it was unbelievable and I got a totally different charge on my card than what the receipt said. This dominoes need to be shut down. If I could give less than one star I would.

3rd time no internet service had to wait again, wrong oder again, burnt pizza asked to be cut in pizza form was cut in squares. Finally, Pizza was done and 5 people working. They put it in the warmer to keep warm and I’m standing there saying, where’s my Pizza? And they say, I’ll be right up i then stated there sitting right there if you want to keep your sanity, don’t go to this place, serves BAD and the staff it’s clueless. Don’t go here!!!!

I’ve been to many many other domino’s pizzas in Brooklyn including Bushwick, Sunset Park, even in East New York.. my pizza has been ready over 20 minutes ago. I’ve been sitting here for over 10 minutes. No one acknowledges you until they feel like it. In the past I was given a salad with bad apples. If the one storage for anything it will be for the nice red bench you can sit on while waiting
