I tried really hard to not talk down on this place but this is the worse Domino’s in LES. Food always fresh but never cooked properly. Why are my cinnamon sticks spicy? Why do they beg for tip? Why was there a big piece of spinach on my pepperoni pizza? In other words, you get what you pay for (sometimes)

Worst customer service ever, consistently. Tonight I called moments after placing my order because I had made an error. It had only been 60 seconds, and they said the order was already “almost ready” and hung up on me. They didn’t even ask for my name or my order number. Then, more than 20 minutes later, it goes “out for delivery.” It gives an ETA, then another ETA, then another, and then it says “delivered.” I am walking up and down the street — it is nowhere to be found. I try reporting it, and the only option is a 20% coupon. I finally call the store back and they say, “the driver just left the store a few minutes ago.” Meanwhile they have MARKED it as “DELIVERED!” He countered with “the tracker is not accurate,” but there is no excuse for claiming the order has been delivered and then preventing any further engagement with the order online.

Simply do not order from this location. They mark the orders as “delivered” to trick the Dominos systems and deprive customers from any recourse against them.
When you try to call they dismiss you and tell you to not worry. A whole hour later (twice the max delivery time) the food may eventually get to you. Cold as a an ice brick and poorly made. Overall disappointing.

As seen on the 2nd photo I ordered a pizza with philly steak but as you can see there’s no steak and I was missing the bbq sauce I called the store and the guy did not want me to eat the pizza because they were going to send another one. But I already waited 30 mins for the original pizza and I wasn’t going to wait for another 30 mins for 1 pizza I asked to be refunded and they were persistent on sending another pizza instead. The manager was rude and didn’t even apologize for the mistake nor the inconvenience. Would not recommend this particular location to anyone.

I’ve never been so disrespected in my life. There was a worker in the store nine of them look familiar. Must be a new group but this man was rude from the time I walked in the door. Then had the nerve because I asked for a sauce starts yelling saying nothing is free. After I spent my money on chicken and pizza he says I can’t get sauce. He kept yelling you have to pay nothing is free so I said I just bought food here I didn’t just walk in from outside and ask for a sauce. Anyways this new group and he is very rude. I will be also making a complaint with cooperate.
