I’ve been ordering pizza from that store, Domino’s, for years, and it used to be very tasty and well-made. But in the last four orders, over the past month, I’ve had complaints every time: sometimes the cheese is too little, sometimes the sauce is too much, and when the sauce is too much, the cheese is too little, and even the toppings aren’t placed properly. I want to tell them to do things the way they used to, and to explain it to the new staff properly.

I just received my order from the location in Perth Amboy, a flat crust pizza and boneless chicken and omg, it arrived cold and hard. I called to speak to a manager and had to hold on for 20 minutes and when someone did come to the phone she said she was the assistant manager. When i explained my complaint, she told me she couldnt do anything about it and hung the phone up on me. Horrible for that location and unproffesional. I will not order from there again and i will not reccommend anyone there personally.

i get the same pie from here once, sometimes twice a week and every time i go in and the older lady and older man is working, my pizza is always undercooked, cut into !!!SEVEN!!! uneven pieces (no, not 8), overlapping cuts, barely cut all the way through, and half of my toppings are unevenly spread on the half and the slices are always missing toppings because of how it’s cut. i would give 0 stars if i could i’m ngl. the two workers working (always the same workers that mess up the pie) can never EVER give me a resolution for the pizza, it’s very disappointing.

We usually order from this location because it is nearby. The last two times we have ordered have been pretty bad. We tried ordering at a different location, and it was perfect. Today (11/18/23) we decided to order again from here. You cannot tell me that the first two pizzas have extra sauce and extra cheese. We asked them to remake the pizzas and they only made one, claiming that the original two pizzas had extra sauce and cheese. We wanted two new pizzas the way we wanted it, not the two that did not have extra sauce and cheese and the remade one. The remade one looked fine, but the first two were not how we wanted it, and did not taste that great either. Do not order from here, you’re better off ordering from Woodbridge or Old Bridge locations.

Someone sent a pizza to my little son which was already paid and tipped.So, I didn’t have any change and my son had $20.So, I asked my son to tip the driver $5 even though he was already tipped.When my son got back to me he told me that the driver asked him if he could take $10 because he didn’t have $15 to give him back;and my son who’s 11 year old said yes. On top of that ,he ended up taking $11 and gave my son $9 all singles. Very disappointed

I wish I can put 0 stars but I can’t. I made sure to call the store and let them know that one of Parmesan wings box didn’t even had the sauce. The pizza arrived smushed. Box all greasy outside. The offered to send the wings again but I was concerned they send me some spit food. Seriously, very disappointed. I’m in bed rest. Couldn’t punk it up. I suggest getting it yourself. Money just thrown. Food to waste. Besides it saying it was going to be 46-56mins and it arrived an hour and 15 later. Hey you wait at peace when you know at least you’ll get what you asked for. Not done cold, messy, smushed pizza box.

I just want to say never in my life. Did a delivery guy become so aggressive over tip. I literally had paid him a tip when I purchased the pizza and he proceeded to then tell my dad he wasn’t tipped when I in fact tipped him. People work hard for their money just like they do. I always get pizza from this Domino’s and they usually do a great job although they can sometimes make pizza that doesn’t taste like it should. Over all a great place that usually doesn’t disappoint.
