I should’ve of looked at the rating/reviews, because having less than 3 Stars is not good!!
I ordered online for delivery.
• The first thing was the was the delivery was marked complete and then marked delivered but I didn’t get my food till maybe 10-15min after that. So of course I was worried my food was delivered to the wrong address or something.
• Then on the app I can put that something is wrong with my order, but no option to put that I never received my food and then it just gives you a % off a future order. No I wanted a refund.
I was about to call the store about the issue when my door rang with my order.
The delivery guy was very kind, I did tell him I got worried because it said my order was delivered (over 10min before he arrived)
• I ordered a plain (light) sauce and stuffed cheesy bread. The pizza was over cooked and dry. I ordered with no garlic on the crust and it still had that on it.
The cheesy bread was better but still on the over cooked side and didn’t seem like it was cheese stuffed.
I’m so disappointed. I will not be ordering again from Dominoes. Local/small business pizza places have better quality!

I ordered a meal deal that included a 2 litre of soda. I asked for cups as we were dining in. I was told there were no cups, so I asked to swap the 2 litre for 3 20 oz bottles instead, since they didn’t have cups. The person I spoke to was so insanely rude and told me to go buy cups or share the 2 litre and just drink out of it all together. He refused to even try to figure out a way to make it work. He was terrible! I had another person who came and was able to figure it out, but when I say rude… it’s an understatement

I ordered two customized pizzas , pacific veggie and meatzza. Pacific veggie pizza barely had any toppings and guess what I got GREEN CATERPILLAR Cooked in my pizza. Ewwwww grosss!!! This really makes me question their cleanliness and hygiene. My advice stay away from dominos.

So at first first glance, looked PHENOMENAL!!! As u can see in the picture. But after THE FIRST BITE. Every noodle and even chicken was cold! Not warm or frozen but COLD. I hope they know if I sick from food poisoning. They gonna hear from my lawyer 100%! Insane, imagine being super hungry to see something so beautiful but to find out it’s not even cooked correctly! I wish i would have checked the reviews before buying from them smh… unacceptable!

Ordered thin crust pepperoni pineapple, got this, which I do not eat. When I called to ask about getting a new pie I was told it would take too long as they were busy but they would credit a pie for next time. Did not offer money back and not replacing anything, because they are busy. Last time I order from them.

Customer service is below average. I ordered online and was trying to call them for something additional but they never responded. When I walked in there were only 2 orders and the guy said we are very busy so we don’t take any calls. Owner or manager should take it seriously as they don’t pick up the call or take over the phone orders

The worst pizza ever. I ordered a pizza with two toppings. When I received the delivery I opened the box to realize that they had forgotten to put cheese. How do you mess that up.

Is it as bad as people say? Kind of. I ordered yesterday at 10:00pm.
Pros: The dough was really good. It has the classic garlic taste you’ve grown to love from any dominos.
Cons: the ingredients most definitely did not taste fresh, from the sauce to the toppings it all made me feel sick while eating it.
Conclusion: not ALL bad, no bugs like other people have said lol (I checked) but I would recommend trying to get it earlier if you do order from here, maybe the ingredients will be more fresh. Good luck.
