These people get the order wrong most of the times. Ordered the spicy chicken pizza and they forgot to add the buffalo sauce which is a part of the pizza. This has happened before as well. Wonder what “quality check” they claim to perform. PLEASE INSPECT YOUR ENTIRE ORDER BEFORE ACCEPTING DELIVERY.

I’ve ordered multiple times from this Domino’s and David’s pizzas are consistently the best. The crust is baked evenly, cheese/toppings are balanced, and the cuts are clean. Most importantly: accuracy and consistency are high—no missing items, no sloppy assembly, no underbake. If you want dependable quality, ask for David.

Nonny the store manager is super rude! She literally shouted on me in front of my kids and other customer’s kids! Not sure what kind of example we are setting for next generation! Don’t recommend this store ! Quality of food is mediocre , super dirty store !
Nony (or Noni) was touching the keyboard on the register and preparing the food without cleaning her hands ! Disgusting!
The worst part, the order is claimed to be ready on app and once we arrived , it took them 30 mins to prepare order !
They were fooling the systems by making order to be complete ! If corporate is reviewing this , they should take a note of this and ensure such store managers are trained properly and dealt with in appropriate manner ! We love dominos as a brand and such people don’t care !! Unfortunately I had to cancel my order and you lost business and a long term regular customer and their family! !

Their delivery drivers are frequently late and don’t fully pay attention to delivery instructions. Twice in a row I asked for them to not to ring my doorbell or knock and they’ve done it both times anyway. I order so rarely already, I think I’m done.

I visited the Hillsborough Dominos on a Friday night. They always have the order ready quickly. It takes them 10 minutes to make a pasta and pizza dish it’s fantastic. It’s cheap pizza which isn’t a bad thing at $15 for this much food ya have to love it. They forgot my ranch but it happens, I went back and got it. It’s a great Dominos branch!

Ordered chicken wings and they were RAW. Tried calling and waited 15 minutes before I gave up. No one seems to answer the phone at this location. Also I waited 30 minutes before employees gave me the time of day. No one was working at the front register. I had to cook my wings in my air fryer. Worst Dominos experience ever. Never again
While I was picking up, the other people picking up, there were 5-6 of us. They all got the wrong orders, but there excuse was they ran out of ingredients. You should’ve called the customer, that’s basic customer service skills.
I feel bad for the employees working here, very understaffed and manager/owner (he had a beard) was just sitting in the back the whole time not helping his employees. I blame horrible management, can’t blame the employees, they were working hard.

Small shop but very helpful and kind staff. I ordered large pizza and get longgggg hair from one of the slice, thank God that I catch it before my son ate that from plate.. trust me I didn’t order men’s haircut topping on my pizza..!! I know mistake happen but this will ruined our family fun!! From now onwards I will make sure that I will check the pizza before I left the store!!

Terrible experience. I will never order from this location again. The food was undercooked, and I ended up with stomach cramps and diarrhea for two days afterward. It really makes me question what standards they have in place.
