I did not want to leave a review but here I am doing it, customer service is great some days and not so great on others, I know and understand what it’s like working in customer service and the food industry, I know people make mistakes, but Everytime I give Domino’s another chance, they mess my order up, last night I ordered two medium pacific veggie pizzas and wings, my pizza arrived and only had green peppers on it, i understand at times certain toppings run low but they could have just told me they didn’t have those toppings. This isn’t the first time this happens, the wings were great by the way.

We have ordered from here multiple times.Each time it has been the same older gentleman. We check mark the box and put in the optional comments section to leave at door. He always constantly insists for us to answer the door and sign the receipt when I specifically clicked the leave at door box, when we don’t have to sign the receipt. He then proceeds to voice his opinion using fowl language that my camera happened to pick up what he attempted to mumble! I have called already and complained about this man to the store multiple times

Terrible, not the first time I’ve had a bad experience with this location. Once a delivery took over an hour and half to receive and when we did receive it it was of course cold. This time the box was crushed and the pizza wasn’t fully cooked. Last time for dominos for sure.

If I could put a zero I would. They are unprofessional to say the least. Ordered food for staff at a business. The driver tried to say he rung the doorbell and no one answered. Staff were present every where including outside. Their only response was after calling 5x and getting hung up on 4x was that I’d get a refund.

I know tipping your driver its a show of appreciation but when a driver comes and asks you if you tipped him through your card or if you are giving it to him in cash, that is very unproffesional is his part ( vaughn was his name ) Btw i always tip all delivery drivers .
