Have not had Domino’s in a long time. They had a special so decided to give them another shot. No issues with ordering and picking up. Pizzas were ready on time. I thought I requested the thin crust but the crust was thicker than anticipated. They square cut round pizzas which I did not understand. Pizza was ok but I am not sure if I will order from them again.

This was the only place open during the Blizzard of Feb 2026, and despite that, the place had a very professional staff that took the phone and took orders and delivered on the service 100%! Special mention to Marc / Marcus who went above and beyond and sent the requested receipt to me and fulfilled the promised order of 14 pizzas for healthcare workers who are caring for our senior residents in West Deptford NJ!

I wish I could tell you how the food was, but I’ve been in hold for 15 minutes. It’s Sunday with no football. I’m literally writing this out while I’m on hold. This is exactly the reason every time I think to myself, “let me try domino’s out again.” I’m reminded as to why I don’t ever go here. And then they hung up on me after 19 minutes. I was going to give them 20. So yourself a favor, go ANYWHERE else. Pizza hut is right there.

They are fast with my orders and always kind when I pick my order up. If this domino’s uses conveyor ovens I wish that they would stick my thin crust pizza 1/3 of the way in the oven so that my pizza isn’t so burnt. I always order thin crust pizza and lately it’s been getting burnt allot on the crust edges. I only get 2 or 3 toppings on it so placing it 1/3 of the way in will still cook my toppings and won’t burn my crust. I really don’t like having black crusty pizza. The last 6 pies I got, 4 of them were burnt. I may have to stop getting thin crust pizza from this location.

Ordered just after midnight 6/23 and oddly enough I think this was the best dominos pizza I’ve ever had in my life. Sausage bacon & extra cheese + wings, it was perfect. Excellent customer service during pickup as well

Typically I don’t have an issue with dominos but tonight I ordered the sweet bbq and bacon specialty chicken and it came out a burnt mess. It was practically inedible. I’m not happy at all. I think I’ll go to a different store if I want dominos again… Or I’ll just order from pizza hut.

Sent me the wrong pizza and refused to send the right one. The manager named MATT got on the phone and told me I was wrong while I’m here at home with the wrong pizza then tells me if I want them to remake it I have to go to the dominos in 10 degree weather . Which defeats the purpose of a delivery I am a disabled veteran and this is the most disrespect I have ever witnessed from a pizza place. Fire Matt for Terrible customer service and the pizza had hair on it
