Ordered two pizzas and some garlic knots at 1:30 pm today. Was sent a message that Emily had left the store at 2:00 pm to deliver the food. The food did not come until 3:00 pm and you can only imagine how cold it was. I did call the store at 2:40 pm and was told Emily was the only driver and had several deliveries. I was the last stop although I’m only 2 miles from the store.
I called the store to let them know I was not satisfied and asked to speak to a manager. This is actually the worst part of the ordeal. The young lady, I mean girl, said she was the assistant manager. I then asked for her name and to my amazement she said she didn’t feel comfortable providing her first name and she didn’t have to provide it. Of course, this was very odd. Instead of possibly writing a decent review on how “the unknown assistant manager” assisted me, it turned into me writing a negative review. I have ordered from this dominoes location for years, and unfortunately, this is the worst experience I have ever had. Unless new leadership is put in charge, expect bad service and unprofessional people.

I have ordered from the Marlton Maple Ave store a thousand times. Everything is ALWAYS perfect. These cooks are artists and put out really delicious stuff consistently. Thank you for the great meals! My pizzas were so beautiful last time I had to call the store to tell them thank you!

It’s insane how bad the customer service is. Absolutely disgusting how rude the staff is. I highly doubt this review is going to matter because everyone already knows this about these guys but it’s worth mentioning. I’ve been to alot of different chain pizza places and you know what to expect at that price point but it’s just awful how disrespectful rude and disgusting they treat there customers. I don’t know how these guys are still in business

Its Domino’s. Wings were hot, but small in comparison to others. Pizza is good. The app works well but it said my order was ready and I still had to wait 6 min outside for it. The staff was friendly and curious.

I placed the 2 order for Garlic bread twist for my kids and his friends who were there for sleepovers but the store sends bites instead, I called the store spoke to manager Katrina I asked her why she send bites she is like I know I sent you purposely because I had it prepared already no apology and no refund even though she told me to issue it.
