The GM name is Edrick and his Bosses are Bill and Bill. Told me he is a bad manager. That is an issue to tell that to a customer. He did not try to help me or my issue. He was very ignorant and sarcastic.
I ordered over the phone, my order was taking by a young woman who took my card number, my order and my card was charged. After an hour of waiting I had no pizza. I was told to come the following day to talk to another manager. Instead of investigating the issue and realizing a customer was robbed by his store, he chose to down grade it and act as if it was nothing. I had kids waiting on that pizza. Hope he loses his job and they close that store down.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My husband placed an order for what I thought was half Philly cheesesteak and half cheese pizza. He gets home and the one half is literally a cracker. No cheese. No sauce. Nothing. Who would order this? I have a family of 4 eating 1 slice each for dinner. I called and the guy placed me on hold for 7 minutes and comes back to not even help me and rather argue with me. I asked for a manager and he put me on hold for another 3 minutes. Comes back to tell me manager isn’t there and to call back tomorrow at 9am. I called 12pm the next day and the miserable, rude woman said the manager wasn’t in. I asked when she would be there and she said she would call me back on the number I called from. Here we are day 2 and still no call. I think this is absolutely absurd that nobody cares.

Food came super fast and HOT
Delivery driver was very polite. Ordered online and within minutes our pizza was here. I almost couldn’t believe it. It looked fresh and not just thrown together. Also got free parm bites with our credits that were piping hot too! ❤️❤️❤️ Have yet to have a bad experience with this location.

I agree that the staff is impolite. I walked into the store to place a takeout order. I place the order and wait at a table. 5 minutes later, a staff member walks out to give me my food. Want to know how the staff identifies me on the order receipt? ‘Old Man’. I would never be insulted like that from an independent pizza shop. That’s beyond impolite, the staff is rude. They lost me as a customer.

Always on Time be it delivery or take out. Staff is friendly and polite. Environment is clean and they have few seats for dine in too but dont consider it for family dine in. Its only good for 1 or 2 peiple dining. Using them for almost 4 years now and never had complaint with them.

Occaisions they dont have paper plates. Make note i am regularly going to this place for last several years and it has happened to me quite frquently that has made me to change my review and ratings. Also many times i have been asked to wait for more than 10 minutes dispite reaching there atleast 5 min later than when their app says its ready. They definitely got to improve to get full stars in review.

These guys don’t deserve one star also,their tracker will show delivered 10 mins before delivery,their drivers works for better tips and not for dominos.Drivers chose mutiple deliveries and instead of order number they decide whom they will deliver first.I had incidents where I was waiting for pizza for couple of hours and then got cold pizza delivered height of everything is their drivers make sure they leave with tips after giving this experience,

This is my second time here. The first time everything was perfect so I would give them 5 stars. This time not so much. The cheese on my pan pizza was all over the box. Since the other pies we’re good, I averaged it out and have them 3 stars. I may give them another chance for a tie break.

Waited an hour , finally getting a call that driver leave order on chair by door but nothing there. been looking out for driver from I was notified that it was out for delivery which usually take 5 minutes to reach only that this time it took 35 minutes for them to call me and inform me that pizza was left by the door which was definitely a lie. I was never called by a delivery person to make such announcement even when the pandemic was at its worst , much less now. Chair is well lit. I can always see the chair 1 hour waiting for nothing. and only an “I’m sorry” from the manager when I called. there are other better pizza place around for sure
