I have been ordering from here for years. I’m sorry to say, but’s not the same and has gone downhill. Regular pizza very thin, less cheese on normal cheese pies, 1 mushroom per slice on a mushroom pizza, and the worst part, you get it delivered cold. I watched as my pizza sat on quality check for a half hour before delivery, and then another 20 minutes for delivery, therefore, by the time I received my order it was no longer fresh. This is not just one time, this is quite a few times now, the reason I felt it was time to leave a review.

The delivery guy refuses to get out of his car and ring your doorbell and will not get out of the car until you answer your phone or open the door and stare at him while he slowly get your food out of the trunk. Then takes his sweet time walking to your door and refuses to walk up steps. Also, the food is like one out of five star quality. These guys are terrible over here.

We ordered at about 11:30 PM because the website said they closed at 1 AM the man who ran the store called me to say their delivery driver was booked and couldn’t bring us our order, to which I said I would check with my group and see if we could pick it up. We did have somebody who could drive, so I immediately called back at 11:49 (confirmed by my call history) to say we were coming to pick up our order. Nobody picked up, they never called back and just cancelled our order and told us when we showed up that our order was cancelled and it was too late to pick up (once again, this was about 12:08 when they close at 1).

I’ve ordered here numerous times before and 8/10 times no issues the pizza was just as should be from dominos. But this mess just takes the cake! Ive ordered premium chicken before and, I honestly don’t even think its the same thing they put on my pizza. Usually its bite sized pieces they bake on the pizza . What I got was a minced meat disaster …it was like they scraped up every tiny morsel that was left sitting all the way on the bottom . Now to top it all off they drenched it hot suace (Talk about hot garabage!!!) Good thing it was only half or id probably would have gone back for my money

This place has gone downhill! It was 11:30 at night the store closed at 1 am. I called to place an order and the answering machine said the store was closed. I called back and someone answered and they asked for the address and then said they don’t deliver to my address! Even though I have been ordering from them for years! They said call Freehold and they don’t deliver to my address. I told him he doesn’t know what he’s talking about and I want to place an order! He then said the store was closed and hung up! I took my kids to the store itself and he said the store was closed and I said no it isn’t it is open till 1am, These lazy FOOKS didn’t want to work! They said we’ll give you wings! I couldn’t believe what was going on! I said I don’t want wings I want pizza. He refused! I was getting so upset and said let me talk to the manager and he said I am the manager, I started yelling at that point and he said get out of the store or he will call he COPS! THE NERVE! I called to complain the next day and spoke the day manager and she said she would look into it and call me by 6pm the same day. She never called and I called the next day and was told the woman I spoke to didn’t work there anymore. I will NEVER buy pizza from them again. This place is the worst

I had a terrible experience with Domino’s recently. The customer service was terrible and the food came cold. They promised to give me a credit for my order, but when I called back to redeem it, they said they didn’t have it on file and couldn’t provide any compensation for the orders. Avoid this place if you can – terrible customer service and cold food is not worth it. The managers name who promised me the credit was Tanya, while the manager who denied my credit and refused to be reasonable after seeing it took over one hour and five minutes to deliver my order was Muhammed.

I recently ordered pizza from Domino’s and the experience was horrible. My order was completely wrong and when I called to complain, the manager Muhammed was completely rude and unhelpful. He was unwilling to take responsibility for the mistake and kept blaming it on the delivery driver. His customer service was terrible and I will never order from Domino’s again.
