Went in ordered a half this half that and get home all hungry eat the spinach side first the sauce was great everything good. Then get to the pepperoni side and something is off it taste weird so I take a ronni off smell it it smells old & stale as heck and the sauce got messed up by the pepperoni grease. Called to enlighten the staff immediately was met with an argumentative individual whom was said to be the manager and I don’t partake in drama by any means. Now being an EX-EMPLOYEE OF DOMINOES I know fresh and well maintained I have eaten everything on the menu and had been a loyal customer since……. I WOULD SAY TRY ANOTHER DOMINOES JUST NOT THIS LOCATION!!!!!!!!!!

Just got home to discover both pizzas were not even close to what i ordered. Clearly missing an absolutely mind-boggling amount of toppings. I’m under the assumption the store ran out of toppings because there’s no other logical explanation for this but i received zero notice or communication from the store. Just took my money and hoped i wouldn’t notice until it was too late, terrible business do not go here.

My elderly mother ordered a pizza for delivery. She was charged for it and it was never delivered. When we called we were told there was no order for our address. We had to resolve the billing in person, no offers were made to compensate for the inconvenience but billing was successfully reversed.

Went in to pick up pizza a little after 8:15pm on 10/4.25. This establishment has gone down. Staff left me and my son waiting. Serviced a customer that came after me first and Mexican employee pretended not to understand me and my son. Then black staff member came over rudely and just shouted out price of order. At that point me and my son both didn’t feel comfortable with treatment and left without pizza.. Will never eat here again . Treat all people with respect.

I will never order from here again. It took 50 minutes to get here and when I got the pizza, the pizza was cut into wrong pieces, and stuck to the pizza box. When I called back she said it’s hand tossed pizza so it’s impossible that it’s stuck, like I was lying about it. Never apologized about the food quality and lateness, instead very rudely spoke to me if I want a new pie made sent or store credit which I don’t need

I ordered extra sauce and the pizza came with barely any sauce. Some slices had none at all. I called the manager to let her know her mistake instead of leaving a bad review and she just said “I got the wrong store” and hung up the phone. I feel bad, but the service is a 2 and the food is hit or miss.

This location is by far one of the worst ones. Taking over 40 minutes to deliver an order that’s less than 5 minutes from the store is ridiculous. Every time I order the food is always cold, the pizza isn’t properly cut and I have to fight to get a slice to separate.

This is how they make an Extravaganza Pan Pizza. The toppings are not toppings, rather they are sprinkles. It tastes like they did not apply any marinara sauce. As per the naive employee who is not cognizant about his/her employer violating the franchise policy who must comply with its franchisor’s standard recipes, rather stated that every Dominos franchisee locations have different recipes which is unacceptable. This location will be reported for the poor quality control to the HQ in Ann Arbor, MI.

I wish I looked at these reviews prior to coming here. When I arrived, the two employees looked at me and then looked away and pretended I wasn’t there for a good 2 minutes before acknowledging me. I get if you’re busy but you could at least acknowledge and say you’ll be right with me in a bit.
Next, one of the employees (a guy with blue eyes) cutting the pizza dropped the pizza cutter wheel on the ground. He proceeded to pick it up and continued using it. I’m pretty sure that is a health code violation and feel sorry for whosever pizza that is.
After receiving the pizza, it was so crunchy, overcooked, and dry. There was barely any sauce on the pizza or cheese. It was just basically toppings on crust. There was also giant air pockets throughout the pizza.
This was the worst Domino’s I have ever been to. The reviews are right. Stay away. You will highly regret the purchase.
