I ordered some spicy wings, and they sent me the wrong ones, which were the sweet ones. In the first order, I called to inform them that they had made a mistake because everything was on the receipt, and they sent me a new order again and left me the first one for free in the second. order they sent me this this to the kind of people who serve clients of a business that is prestigious and of good quality when they don’t have professional people to serve if they don’t feel like working they should quit and don’t make us lose our money because if we pay a lot The money is so that they serve us well and give us what we are looking for from a business that we respect because they have good food and are recognized. This is rude to all those who buy from this type of business With just a little sauce on three wings and the rest as the first order

I had a very disappointing experience at Dominion’s on Main Ave in Passaic. The food arrived cold, and several items from my order were missing. When I reached out for help, the customer service was unprofessional and dismissive. Management was rude and showed no interest in resolving the issue or taking responsibility. Overall, this was a frustrating experience, and I would not recommend this location based on the quality of food and lack of basic customer service.

The African-American guy is a great person and has a big heart, but the Latina girl who served us had a terrible attitude. On top of that, they took an hour to serve us. The experience was awful.

I ordered a buffalo Mac & cheese. What I received look like they entended to put the buffalo drizzle on it and the lid was off and they just continued to poured the whole bottle till it was a pool of buffalo sitting on the Mac & cheese, called the store around 8:30pm to come and exchange it. They said they just needed me to return the Mac and cheese they gave me when they get here cool. It’s currently 10:24pm they won’t answer the phone for no one and they never came back to exchange my Mac and cheese. Me and my girlfriend try calling multiple times, they just keep hanging up calls. I thought the store was just ignoring my number but they won’t answer my girl either which doesn’t make sense at all. Terrible ya lost a loyal customer.

They took very long to get me my order, when I got my order they were missing my soda and the delivery guy said he would be back in 5 minutes. After 5 minutes passed I called the restaurant and a very disrespectful man answered the phone and told me I had to wait 20 minutes as it wasn’t there fault they forgot my pizza and they were stacked with orders. We called back 20 minutes later and have been on hold for 5 minutes already. Terrible customer service and experience.

Delivery instructions were to leave the food on the front porch. No contact delivery. Driver called to say he would not be parking and that we had to meet him half way down the block to get our food. I have a driveway he could have pulled into so parking was not an issue. Extremely rude and lazy delivery drivers.

I used to never have a problem with this place but until about a month and a half ago it all started going downhill. Just preparing the order takes an hour and then delivery is another one. You’re better off on the one on Van Houten than this one. Don’t bother wasting your time here. Used to be a loyal customer but not anymore

I called this store and wanted to order a pizza for delivery. I was told they do not deliver to Garfield NJ which the one is literally 1.1 miles from my house but refused to deliver I think that is very bad and makes the dominos brand look bad so what is the reason they can’t deliver I use to deliver pizza way back and I guess they and dominos doesn’t want my business no problem Ty and have a good night will never call them again
