Absolutely unacceptable service on two separate occasions at this location. I placed orders for my family ahead of time expecting the usual efficiency Domino’s is known for, only to arrive and find the pizzas hadn’t even been started—twice.
The first order was on 2/28/25 (Order #1760) and the second on 05/02/25 (Order #1156). In both cases, my total wait time from order to pickup stretched to nearly or over 45 minutes. This completely threw off our dinner plans and caused major inconvenience for me and my family.
According to the manager, they’re having issues handling incoming orders, but oddly enough, there was no sign of being understaffed either time. That’s even more frustrating because it means it’s just poor management or lack of urgency.
I initially gave them the benefit of the doubt, assuming the first issue was just a one-time fluke. Clearly, it wasn’t. This seems to be a recurring problem at this specific location. Domino’s used to be reliable, quick, and efficient—that reputation is now out the window as far as I’m concerned.
After this, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. There are plenty of competitors who actually care about getting orders out on time.

I ordered 1 handmade pan pizza for me and my toddler to share. Upon opening the box the toppings were a mess. Trying not to complain I was still going to serve it but the pie was uncut and undercooked.

Poor customer service! Ordered the cheeseburger specialty pizza with half plain and half toppings, they gave me no toppings at all. I called to check in and ask about it, and after explaining my situation all they said was “ok so what do you want on the cheeseburger pizza?” Then proceeded to put me on hold. The delivery driver was great though! Won’t be ordering at this location anymore. Won’t get what you pay for!

The worst dominos I have ever ordered from. My delivery took well over an hour to arrive and the location is only 7 mins away from me. When I finally did get my food the order was wrong and the pizza box was crushed so a portion of the cheese was stuck on the top. This does look appetizing?? Never ordering from this location again.

I placed an online order for a spinach and feta 12 in. Order number 1456. Went to pick up order they told me another 20 minutes. Went back 20 minutes proceeds to tell me they didn’t have any spinach. I asked for refund I was told to wait they are busy. Manager very rude and disrespectful. This is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and horrible service. I will be sure to call corporate. Still awaiting for him to process refund as I write this!
