I ordered from Domino’s Store #4988 (441 Main St, East Orange), and this was a very disappointing and distressing experience.
My order clearly stated “NO Italian Sausage” due to strict dietary restrictions. Despite this being written on the receipt, the store added sausage/ Beef to the pizza. We realized only after eating some of it, which caused serious distress because we cannot consume these meats for religious reasons.
I contacted the store with full proof (receipt + photos), but the manager did not provide a proper resolution. This shows a lack of care, quality check, and respect for customer dietary restrictions.
I have escalated the issue to Domino’s Corporate. I hope the store improves its quality control and prevents this from happening to other families.

I called and asked for the manager Roman to ask for a refund and told him my pizza arrived with no cheese on half of it which was very disappointing When I explained the situation the manager Roman told me they would need to pick up the pizza before issuing a refund. I found his response frustrating and unhelpful given that the mistake was on their end

This is crazy I understand is Friday night but the tracking showed the order ready more than 1 hour before I get the delivery that meant the pizza was in the car for more than a hour , if can’t handle at least be honest and call the costumers maybe we can go and pick it up like I allways used to do just today I got home tired snd place the order .

I’m very disappointed, should’ve checked the reviews before ordering for pick up but when I got there no one was wearing any gloves, making the dough with their bare hands. That’s just not sanitary!!!

Made an order for pick up and they marked it ready on app so I made my way to the store. Once I Arrived they asked me for my number and once I told them they told me not ready . I look up to then see my name on the screen and next to it “READY” . I proceed to wait for 10 more minutes and then finally get my food . After taking two steps out the door I open the box and to my suprise the wings are cold that’s what I was waiting for …. I proceed to wait another 10 minutes for them to redo my order , and then I get the wings walk out cause the box feels hot but once I get to my apartment which is literally a 1 minute walk away, the chicken IS FREEZING COLD. Disappointed, upset , and wish I could have ordered something else for the $30 I spent

I’m Mac from mack11media digital news I’ve ordered from this place several times this is Domino’s in East Orange New Jersey once a person orders online the order should be immediately fulfilled placed in the oven and ready in a certain decent amount of time this happened to me twice I arrived they say the order is ready and the order is never ready One time I have to wait 20 minutes after the 30 minutes elapsed The second time I have to wait 5 minutes after the original 35 minutes elapsed you tell me if something wrong with this place name of the manager is Roman mack 11 media digital news

Just horrible, i order from this location once before & they were horrible . I order pizza togo to sit outside & wait for the pizza for almost an hour that they never even made. Here we go again me ordering something today & my pizza was completely wrong , they dont know what they doing in there & if you dont like your job dont work there then. I call them to send another pizza & the girl had a little attitude when i told her it was wrong . As you can see in the photo i ask for spinach,chicken & philly steak with garlic Parmesan sauce & they put mushrooms with spinach & tomato sauce. That is not what i order. Who ever is making the pizza cant read & is dummmmmmm

Restaurant is 4 minutes away and once it updates to say my order is on the way 2 minutes away…it’s stays with that status for 30+ minutes. There is no accurate tracking available. Most of the time the orders are wrong too.

Called about an error with address on order . Kindly called the store and dealt with two rude and unprofessional employees around 10pm today so I’m sure ya will know who was working that day . Terrible service and rude on the phone especially the guy who wanted to be tough on the phone for no reason . Avoided going down there to not have to cause a scene . Never again dealing with them
