Pre-ordered my 4 medium pizzas at 9 am for a 5:45 pm pickup for my mother’s 80th birthday celebration. Had to wait an additional 15 minutes because they weren’t ready and they said they messed up an order. Due to this, they offered to add an additional cheese pizza at no charge.
Kitchen and prep station looked clean.
Parking area is a bit tight if you have an SUV.

This is the second time that our food has been awful. Last time, we ordered 4 pizzas, and one had a ton of bubbles in ot, and half was missing cheese due to the bubbles. I brought the one pizza back, and the guy at the counter told me he had proofed the dough all day, and if he was to make me another one it would come out the same way.. really? So why didnt all of the other pizzas come out with bubbles, and with half missing cheese?
Tonight, I ordered against my better judgement (its the only place that delivers to me) , and the dough was so thick and wasn’t even cooked all the way. Step it up people! The pizza used to be much better. I will say, the delivery person was nice and I felt bad he had to deliver in the pouring down rain.

The delivery driver was very rude with smart comments he obviously knew the pizza boxes were damage which obviously the pizza would have been to he still delivered the pizza we had to call to get a remake we will never be ordering from montville location again

Normally I give these places a fair shake however tonight was really off-putting first off was the pizza tracker completely told me that The pizza was ready. When I asked they left and said that it’s inaccurate and they just put it in so I waited and then I pulled it back out because they forgot pepperoni’s on it was more of annoyance than anything there was no apologies offered by the employees very petty but unfortunately that’s just the way it is I would love to give it aa better score. The food itself wasn’t half bad I just feel like giving it a good score would be cheating the public

The people that work at Domino’s are wonderful and the atmosphere is fine. The food oh my gosh, the pizza is so gross and I am somebody who will eat just about anything. The pizza at the Domino’s in Norwich taste so much better I don’t understand. Maybe they’re making the crust a little differently, but it also even just the whole pizza Has tasted really awful the few times I’ve ordered from there, but I don’t think we will be ordering from there anymore.

Screen in store said food was ready after quality inspection. But was still in oven. Was told their timers are different….think it just makes their metrics look better than they are.
Oh and to sum it all up they forgot to make one of my pizzas.

its dominos, you go here if you want pizza late. dont be unreasonable and expect s five star gourmet authentic Italian pizza. check yourself and look at the prices. That being said, usually cooked well and made as requested, no complaints. slightly above mid.

So I was having problems with my Domino’s app and because the manager said he had pizzas coming out everywhere and customers and I thought I was a customer too. He would refused to give me the corporate number so I could get this situated so my app would work. He said they know nothing about it, which I find to be very ludicrous, he hung up on me twice and told me they didn’t have a boss. All I wanted was information on how I could get my app fixed because he said they had no knowledge of it so to me that is very very bad service I order from Domino’s all the time I tipped their drivers very well because I know they don’t make no money working there . I’m looking it up online, but I wanted to say he shouldn’t be in that position because he has no patience with customers he said he was dealing with customers. Hello I’m a customer. Very poor People skills. Very very poor.
