Ordered pizza online, and was looking at the order tracking thing. It was on the quality check thing for a few minutes. Then the order was suddenly canceled by them. This has happened a couple of times before. How can they stay in business doing things like that?

I’ve normally had good experiences with this location, until tonight. They left my order on “Prep” for over an hour, then canceled the order. The closest I got to an explanation was being given a number to call for more information. If they aren’t going to make and deliver orders, they should shut down their online ordering.
