Friend ordered buffalo chicken pizza, paid for extra buffalo sauce & arrived home ready & hungry for awesome pizza but opened box to find a chicken RANCH pizza. Called store & was offered a fresh pizza, BUT had to return to pick up another fresh pie, but wasn’t up to driving back out to pick up yet ANOTHER DINNER. Asked to speak to manager, but left on hold for manager for 3+ minutes then disconnected. NOT happy! Poor service.

Have ordered for years from this location. Always used the app, never had a problem. The last time we ordered for pickup, waited 30 minutes, arrived to found out the rude worker flat out told us the order was never placed (we did place the order), and was never made. The tv screen showed our order complete and ready. The worker than said it wasn’t his fault and nothing he can do and he will get to our order when he can. Asked for a discount for this error and he said “Those days are long gone, deal with it” Told him to cancel the order since we didnt want him to work too hard. Resubmitted the order at the mall location and had it in 20 minutes and was fine for the night.

My whole order was cold when it was received im not impressed and I called and spoke to someone at the store and his exact words were we can remake the order but it’s gonna take 3 hours to get it to you and I asked if there was any way of credit or anything and he said nope not tonight and hung up on me very rude clerks and I will be reporting y’all to the better business bureau I’m not gonna be spoke to with any kind of disrespect and and he was highly rude how he spoke I don’t appreciate cold food when I ordered it to be hot and I sure didn’t appreciate how rude the customer service y’all can call me if you wanna hear me telling everyone not to order from y’all ever again cuz y’all are garbage and I will leave this comment on the review page of Google to so everyone can see how ignorant and rude and how bad your customers service is and then I call back again and get hung up on when I was nothing but nice hope bbb shuts y’all down frfr

Horrible customer service! every other order I get from here is wrong, and they no longer have a refund option right on the app so good luck getting one. I raised my issue with an employee and he went to fetch the manager but after 5 minutes waiting on the phone didn’t return and just left me on the phone. I ordered a pepperoni pizza with extra pepperoni from Clinton St in Bangor ME and got a 1/2 pepperoni and 1/2 cheese. I called Stillwater Ave first and they said they would replace it immediately. Then they realized I had the wrong store. When I called to tell Clinton St she rudely said it was an online order and there was nothing she could do. What a difference a store makes.
