Ordered food to our hotel room. The food was good, hot and very promt however did they you think i brought plates and utensils on my trip? I called after ordering to make sure we were given these with our order and was told they would send them…..so my chicken is had to go into the fridge. Strange to think people carry these items, glad I didnt order pasta at least I had a sandwich!

Got 3 med pizzas, the one I was eating had mushroom, green pepper, n black olive and also had a couple (2) small pieces of what looked like tinfoil on it. I was glad I spotted it cause I have fillings n would’ve been compelled to make a nasty phone call if I had to deal with that pain from hell. Have no idea how it did or even would get on it as I looked up their cooking process but it was there. Would recommend looking at your food b4 u eat it, next time it might not be something as reflective n shiny.

Ordered a pizza for delivery. Never received it. Called and asked for a refund. Staff argued with me instead of working with me. Had to go to the store in person where they threatened to call police instead of refunding my order! Horrible experience. Go somewhere else.

I live 3/4 of a Mile I ordered a pizza a few months ago. It took over an hour and a half to get to me when I got it. It was cold. I had called because it had said that the pizza House but it was never dropped off. A couple times that happened within the hour and a half then it was finally at my door cold. It was a Philly cheesesteak pizza. I called the store again to talk to the manager. They did not refund my money they did not send me a coupon for another pizza. I will never shop at this Domino’s And I sure as hell won’t recommend them to anybody. I was going there for years. That is over.

Ordered a 5 topping pizza. 1 piece of ham on each slice. 1 mushroom on each slice. A bit better on the onion. Was told that it’s so the pizza can cook but when you buy a extraganza you get more toppings for less price! And light sauce means you get extra sauce! Why is it so upsetting for them to actually make it how you ask???

There was hair in my food and the “general manager” was not willing to refund for that item. He only kept offering a remake it. Very hostile and not apologetic at all. Told me that no one above him would care or do anything about it. I really hope the owner of this place doesn’t accept this type of customer service.

Their pizza is the best pizza I’ve had in a long time. Not greasy or burnt but loaded with toppings. They were extremely busy and still pulled off an incredible pizza for us.

Pizza was ok. What shocked me was I watched the younger guy last night grab a handful of pasta with his bare hands and put it in a dish. The one with purple hair was sweeping while the girl was trying to keep up with the pizza orders. (She deserves a raise) Service was slow even tho the app said my food was ready. Thankfully I didn’t order any pasta.

wife, son and myself each ordered a pizza with 6 toppings. theirs were made right, buess who only got a couple toppings and lots of naked cheese. next time we’re going to sam’s club, their large (16in.) 4 meat is a dollar cheaper anyways.

Placed an order online, said it would be ready in 17 minutes or something like that. Updated and said staff had started making it at 8:51pm and would be ready for pick up in 11 minutes. My husband left to pick it up and at 9:19pm he was as told it would be ANOTHER 45 minutes, they were 1.5 hours behind.
If you’re short staffed, turn off online ordering. That is absolutely ridiculous!
