Loved the way they cut the pizza into tiny squares, perfect for sharing and being able to try every flavor. I really loved that. Every slice looked so good I wanted to try every single one. Such very good pizza, pasta and salad. Huge variety of pizza. They cut the slice any size you want then weigh it and charge you accordingly. Eggplant Parmesan pizza is fantastic. All the pastas are rich and delicious. The wellness salad is chockablock full of vegetables avocado and lettuce. Wide variety of drinks even draft beer. Always quick friendly service and great atmosphere by the beach. Quick tip when you get the pizza use the hot chili sauce for extra flavor. Really love their pizza.

Delicious pizza by the pound. Walk down the line pick your pizza and cut to the size you request. Pizza is then oven fired quickly and brought out to your table. Salads and sandwiches on the menu as well. Variety of wines, beers, juices, and soft drinks or of the cooler.

It is not an overstatement when I say this is the best pizza I’ve ever eaten in my life. It is so flavorful, there are a lot of options to choose from, the crust is impecable, the cheese is actual cheese, the meat is good quality meat. I’m leaving tomorrow but I’ll come back to Miami especially for this place. Also the ambiance is so calm and the stuff was super nice.

I feel like North Beach has been waiting for a spot like Blozzom. You walk past and might think it’s just another pizza joint, but do not keep walking. This is arguably the best Roman-style pizza in Miami. This is the real deal—”al taglio” style, where the crust is airy, light, and crispy because they let the dough rest for like 48 hours. You can eat three slices and not feel like you need a nap afterwards.
First off, you have to try the Mortadella Slice. I was skeptical about pistachios on pizza, but it is mind-blowing. The creaminess of the truffle ricotta mixed with the salty mortadella and the crunch of the nuts is a flavor combo I didn’t know I needed. It’s rich but somehow still feels light.
If you want something a little more traditional but elevated, get the Diavola. It’s got spicy salami and this chili oil that gives it a genuine kick not just “American spicy,” but actual heat. The Pepperoni is also elite; they use those little cups that get crispy edges.
The vibe inside is super cute, too, lots of plants, clean, and modern. It doesn’t feel like a grimey slice shop; it feels like a place you actually want to sit and hang out. The staff is super patient even when you’re staring at the glass counter for ten minutes trying to decide which slice to get (because they all look insane).
If you live in North Beach, this should be your weekly spot. If you don’t, it’s worth the drive. Authentic, fresh, and consistently amazing.

Perfect place to be treated very badly. Most horrible service in town. My friend ordered pizza with meat and I got veggies as I don’t eat pork. They warmed them up all together. I asked gently to get another thin since of mushroom pizza. She came back with a tiny peace, handed a 5$ check for me to pay. Then came the horrible attitude. She could have said it in a nice way. This is how to loose a client for a 35 cents value of ingredients. I will never come back here. Just once to talk to the owner Jim.

We had the chicken pesto pasta, chicken fettuccine and the bolognese and each of them were to die for with the FRESH pasta. I like the pesto the best. We also got a sausage and peppers pizza and the foccacia bread it is on was light, thin and crispy. Not too much bread like most. Will put this down as a come back to.

Blossom is an incredible Italian-style restaurant tucked away in the middle of the block—you might drive right past it without even knowing it’s there. But once you find it, you’re in for a treat!
Their unique pizza-by-the-pound concept is brilliant. You can try a variety of flavors by ordering slivers of different pizzas, which makes for a fun and delicious experience. I had an onion pizza and a small square of another flavor, and both were fantastic. Their salads and pastas also look amazing, and I can’t wait to come back for a full dinner.
The quality of ingredients is top-notch, and the complementary hot oils, red pepper, and Parmesan add a nice touch. The service is excellent, and the atmosphere is casual—order at the counter, then sit and enjoy.
If I could give more than five stars, I would. Highly recommend checking out this hidden gem in North Beach!
