I really don’t know what all these 1 star reviews are about. Grew up working in a pizzeria and I only ate dominos a few times until they opened here. I’ve never had a bad experience with any of my orders. The food is always on point. (Jesse is out here making pies that are artwork).
Bottom line this dominos SLAPS!
People complaining because they had to wait… that’s because it’s fire and they are slammed out busy with two people working. (Almost guaranteed not by choice). They probably are underpaid and dealing with bs by the looks of some of these reviews.

Order ETA was 20 mins. Writing this review an hour later still waiting watching them make food. A little upset about the time but its new years and that is understandable. However not wearing gloves, not washing hands. Touching there face, arms and hair then digging into the toppings going onto the pizzas being made is unacceptable. Only one employee is wearing gloves, however they are touching everything and not changing them in-between touching the register then food.

I placed an order online. I received the wrong pizza. I called the store from which it came, Norway, ME location. The female I spoke with on the phone was very rude and short. I said thank you very much dear and she just said yup and hung up on me!!! RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Don’t call unless you want to feel brushed off and ignored!!

I love Domino’s and this location has been pretty good to me. I love Mac n cheese and was excited to try their new dish. While it was good, it was not worth the $8 for the amount I was given. It was mostly sauce and wouldn’t even feed my toddler. Really disappointed, definitely won’t order this dish again.

Tonight we picked up 2 large pizzas…we live 10 minutes form the store. Our pizzas was cold and unbelievably thin…the parmesan bites were so little and few. I am never disappointed with Domino’s but tonight was a HUGE let down.

ordered managers special large pizza with one topping also came with 16 wings and 2 liter of soda the one topping was extra cheese also ordered it with half peperoni bill was almost thirty dollars got home pizza had burnt bacon and onions and not the extra cheese i had ordered or peperoni i wanted the receipt said extra cheese and mushrooms they weren’t even on the pizza my order #732 for thirty dollars they should be able to get it right ate the terrible pizza because it would have taken another hour to go get another one good thing the wings were decent it seems like they should take the time to make sure you get what you ordered the date on the receipt was 1/30/26

Horrible horrible. First ordered one pizza and 3 other small items. Told us it would take 1hr and 30min. When we picked up order it was already made and sitting there getting cold. Asked to be sure everything included in order. They said yes. Took home and opened it and over one half of order was wrong…including pizza. Isn’t that the most important thing? Friday night we ordered online at 530ish. We get there at 550, the manager tells us it’ll be another 25- 30 minutes. Okay- no biggie its Friday and i have worked in the industry 10+years. Husband goes inside at the 25 minute mark and the young woman gets snippy and says another 15-20 minutes even though the app says 10 minutes…. so Again, we wait. Then hit the drive through.
The young girl leans out the window and says, somehow with all the chaos our order was given away and it will be another 15 to 20. No real apology, just an eye roll and the excuse that “its really busy tonight”
Hands down WORST service we ever experienced. Waited well over an hour and walked away empty handed because I was not okay with that attitude. The food service industry isn’t for everyone.
I would be embarrassed of my employees.

The opening people today. I came by for lunch they both were so sweet and kind to me.
overall amazing service they deserve a raise or something I’ve cumed by several times and the lady is sweet. The guy always super sweet.

Gloves are required right??? Right???? I hate seeing people wipe their nose and then handling their food. With or without gloves this is DISGUSTING!!!
