Joke. This is probably the most ridiculous steak and cheese sandwich I have ever seen. Not even worth calling the store to tell them what a joke this is. Very last time I order from this location. Good look to future customers that order. You have been warned.

Hit or miss with this store. Food is often cold or made wrong which is constantly followed with free items or discounts. That’s appreciated but faster service and correct orders would be ideal. They are one of the few in town that deliver which i believe is one of the reasons they can stay in business. If there was more competition I don’t think they would stay in business
Edit to add: while waiting for my food for 20 minutes one employee stepped out to vape twice in 10 minutes. A second one joined her on the second “break” and the conversation overheard was not appropriate for customers to hear. We’ve all been in positions we don’t like but there’s a time and place to express that. And I’m not sure if either of these were responsible for my food prep but since the app told me it would be ready in 15 minutes and it sat in prep for 20, safe to say that more ppl should be focused on work rather than vaping, smoking and complaining about the job. I guess I shouldn’t be surprised but just adding to what I’ve just encountered.

All around good place. I don’t ever have many complaints from this place. Food is good, good prices. There is no seating and its a small area, take out only. But overall it’s good and would recommend.

You tell them Steak and cheese with stuff crust and they give you a mushroom an peppers pizza instead. Obviously the people that work there don’t care .It’s not the 1st time they’ve messed up my orders it’s like the 5th time ..No need for employees being ignorant when you order something ..Know how to pay attention and give your customers what they paid for instead of being ignorant and not paying attention to your job…Truly don’t waste your money at this place because they have no pride in their work and don’t care about their customers.. If I could give negative stars it would be at least -10 ..

I found not one or two fingernails in my pizza, but around 10 in my steak and cheese and half Hawaiian pizza. It’s frustrating that they aren’t hygienic when preparing food. The authorities should definitely look into this.

Being my first first since their remodel and my first pizza from the in over a year I was impressed with the quality of my pizza. I walked in and order a Buffalo Chicken pizza. It was ready in 15,hot and fresh. I was mighty impressed with the quality of the whole pizza. The remodel wasn’t anything spectacular. Added a few things like digital screens maybe slightly bigger in the customer area. I’ll go back for sure

They said it wouldn’t happen again and it did the third time they gave me a non-tomato paste topping. They just doesn’t seem to care. So I don’t know what can you relieve this except for not going there anymore. So I say hell with them.#Sanford pizza House of roast beef are awesome compared to this dump.
