It took 20 mins of waiting in the parking lot for finally my friend who wanted Burger King to begin to get down & remind them of his order. We went through the drive through, they served the person ahead quickly, then after parking off to the side to wait as they served 5 other vehicles in between that time while we waited. He didn’t order a meal or a lot of crap. The order was for a burger & shake 2 items…now when it was time to pay he did cause a wait while trying to find exact change I’m covering the details that doesn’t excuse the very disrespectful fashion of which they forced his 2 items to not be made while other customers ordered and left. So if you wonder why Burger Kings are disappearing like crazy….employees don’t realize their impact on institutions these days. Especially customer service reps & they hate when you know their job better than they do based off common freaking sense….that’s a story for another day.

Walked in at 745 pm and was told by a manager i had wait so he could count down the drawer…that was fine. I waited for 15 mins for that then order was taken and paid for at 803 pm. Gave us our drinks and we sat and waited. Several cars were pulled around and food walked out and still nothing. After 25 mins after order was placed I walked up and the other employees (2 other gentleman) posted up leaning on the food prep area. I asked for my money back and they looked at me like they just seen me. They didnt even pay attention that our order was taken and didnt ask anything if I still wanted my food nothing. Mind u there was 5 of us and paid 46.00 and had coupons. He couldn’t figure out how to give me a refund back to my card and gave me cash. The manager that took my order just was worried bout his food and leaving…but will not be back to that location!!

I went to this store around 8:30 PM to pick up an order. I tried to buy something else, and a young African American man with braids just tried to sell me something, ignoring my questions. Honestly, the service was terrible. I don’t recommend it. I think Burger King should take action, as it’s not the first time these employees have behaved this way. They have no manners whatsoever. Not all of them are like this, but some of them definitely are.

BK does it again! I’ve been hitting this franchise due to their FREE WHOPPER Survey on the back of the receipt, and let me tell you, THEY HAVE NOT DISAPPOINTED ME YET! This location was fast, friendly and I was made to feel that, “I RULE!” by the employee behind the counter. The burger was perfect and honestly the fries were the best I have ever eaten at a BK location! Well done BK!

After the lost battle from Golden Buffet across the street, my friends and I crawled to the safe haven of Burger King. Immediately we were praised for our heartfelt battles on the enemy territory. We were gifted (we paid for) a 10$ whopper and were crowed. After consuming this meal, it reminded me of my late mother’s cooking. Satisfied and wearing crowns of glory, we departed for our homelands. Thank you so much Burger King. We owe our lives to you.

When you pay an extra $4.00 for condiments on your burgers but they ignore all of it and they think they can just pocket the change. STRANGE, LAZY, INCOMPETANT, non-deserving of a raise. Even MORE weird! ; last time i ordered a Coke and i got a DR PEPPER this time I ordered a Coke and I got a ROOTBEER as shown below, make it make sense!

Was pulling up to the drive thru and saw they had some cars waiting by the pick up window. Was notified that they would be right with me. Im not sure how long i was waiting, but it felt like 5 min. Couldnt wait any longer and pulled out. Driving around the side saw the cars were gone. Thought it was kinda odd, why would you let someone wait to order when you helped everybody else ? Seems like the employees didnt feel like taking orders, and making customers wait. Very disappointing to hire people that dont wanna work.

The man taking our order was clearly laughing and distracted in a conversation while taking our order, barked our total before we finished placing our order. Guess I’ll just try the mozzarella fries another time at another location. I expected to see a young boy at the window but was met by a full grown man acting like an aggravated teenage boy. Got the wrong food. A very apologetic and kind (much younger gentleman) corrected the order. Someone needs to check up on this location’s management.
