$6.75 delivery fee and a $15 minimum order for delivery makes it nearly impossible to order food for someone who lives alone. Absolutely ridiculous policy. If im going to have to leave the house to pick up a pizza, I’d rather drive a little further out to get good pizza. Fix your fees and you might actually retain me as a customer because this is absolutely ridiculous

I don’t know what the $10.99 2 topping Stuffed Crust Pizza hype is all about because a one topping Med cost me $20+ and that’s fine, I guess… But the commercials didn’t mention that there’s twice the amount of dough and grease to compliment the Stuffed Crust…Nice delivery driver but the tracking doesn’t work.
Make sure you eat it all while it’s hot because even when I was in college, I wouldn’t have enjoyed this cold or reheated. The wings tasted good but they looked like overgrown quail wings so definitely not worth the money.

After listening to every advertised listing they had when I called I was put on hold 4 times. After 10 minutes of being on hold waiting to order trying to order just a pizza I just gave up. There are so many more better choices on mineral spring. Good luck dominos.

Do not order food from here! I ordered a sandwich and found a piece of metal in my sandwich after the first bite. I called to complain and the manger’s response was “what do you want free food?” I escalated the call to headquarters and the owner had another manager call me the following day to inquire on the situation and insisted on picking up the metal piece. The individual came to my property and picked up the item, said they would look into the matter and let me know their discoveries and oferred free food, I obviously refused. It’s been over a month and till this day no response. The owner of this location owns other Dominoes in the Providence area. The owner should not be allowed to run any food based businesses, he has no concern for the well being of his customers! Needless to say I will never order from any Dominoes in the Providence area.

These guys are so consistent and friendly. They recognise me every time and all of them either hold the door, or serve you or help. Seems like a great team environment and I always enjoy stepping in instead of delivery. The pizzas and other foods are usually spot on too, especially the hand tossed. Always go back.

Got nothing that I ordered for delivery had someone else’s order. Then when they sent correct order they didn’t send side I paid for. But they did credit my account a cheesy bread and the soda that I picked up next day. Plus they let me keep the other persons order. So I had lunch and dinner next day. Lol it happens.

Horrible Service and Product
I recently moved and placed an order at this location tonight. I got the pizza special along with soda. I specifically said that I didn’t want extra cheese oñ the pizzas … When I got home with the 2 pizzas I was mortified at what I received. The first pizza had so much cheese on it you couldn’t see the sauce anywhere, it was supposed to be with onions and spinach however it was covered with cheese, mushrooms, onions and no spinach. I’m allergic to mushrooms so I had to throw that pizza out plus it was overcooked anyway.
The second pizza was with spinach and green peppers. Again they put double cheese on the pie, they overcooked this one as well but because I was famished I had to eat some, it was the worst experience that I have ever had with this company.
I should have checked both pizzas before leaving the joint because when I gave the clerk my name he couldn’t find my order and suggested that maybe I ordered elsewhere. I made him check again and low and behold, it was staring him right in the face. If I could rate my experience a zero I would but the lowest is one star.

If I could leave a negative review I would. The past 6 times of giving this location a chance, our order is either burnt, raw, missing food, dropped so all toppings and cheese are on one side, late, or completely wrong. I kept giving them a chance as I know kids probably work there, but it has been consistently terrible. Do not order from here unless you want to be disappointed. Worst Dominos ever.
