Didn’t put in oven till I got there…..asked them to cut into squares…they didnt…they forgot he said… and box kept opening on the way home….pizza cold and the crust had so many bubbles that it made too much crust…. I usually love this pizza….not so much today….

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Your order will arrive after 2 hours, cold and not fresh at all. My husband actually drove there to see if he could pick it up himself since it is a 5-minute drive and the tracker mentioned our pizza was in an ongoing quality check for 45 minutes. We tried calling for 45 minutes straight, no one would pick up. Manager at the place had no bedside manner whatsoever and was careless. It used to be good, not sure what has changed to have such a POOR service. Ordered at 7:08, pizza received at 9:02 pm.

Waited 3 hours total for the pictures below. Was still charged full price. (if you can guess WHAT the food was supposed to be in the second photo, you get a prize) Witnessed three verbal altercations while waiting in store between employees and customers. I ordered my food at 12:18, said 20-30 minutes. At 1:05 our food still had not been delivered. The tracker said it just started being prepped at 12:55. I called and was put on hold for 10 min with no answer. I hung and tried to call back. Everytime i called someone picked up and hung up. The tracker changed to the prepping beginning at 1:15, an hour after the order was placed. This was an awful experience. At this point I want to cancel my order and go elsewhere, but no one will answer the phone. We didnt get our food until 2pm.

This evening I ordered pizza for my boyfriend & I from Domino’s Pizza on Newport Ave in Pawtucket. My boyfriend went to pick up the pizza and the manager on duty told him I can no longer order pizza using my last name because it was “offensive” to the young girls working. My REAL last name, Swallow, is OFFENSIVE. The manager told him if I wanted to order pizza again, I’d have to do it under a different name. My boyfriend explained to him that it was in fact my real name and the manager told him the “young girls” didn’t want to make my food anymore because they were upset by my last name and in order for them to make my food I’d have to order under a different name than my real name. I called and asked to speak with a manager and was confronted by an aggressive and angry manager who barely let me get in a word. He proceeded to yell at me, tell me he was adding me to a “no order” list and that I was flagged from the restaurant and no longer allowed to order pizza there, and that my boyfriend should go back down there and “face him like a real man.” I am literally in SHOCK and legitimately hurt right now that this man had the audacity to tell me I can’t order food using my real name.

There are serious issues with this location. Ordered 1 simple bread bowl online, the wait was 30 min, fine. The progress never updated online so after 45 min. I go to the store. The employee said they are 100 orders behind, 1-1.5 hrs wait, so we decide OK we will return after doing other errands which was fine. After the order updates online to being in the oven, we return only to have the employee say they ran out of pasta so they could not complete the order. They also said they tried to contact us, the customer, which they DID NOT. so, after waiting 2.5 HOURS, no food, just lies, and terrible service. This is beyond a lack of sufficient employee issue, it is also bad management. I cannot ever think of ordering anything here again after seeing they cannot complete one simple order.

The manager of this store banned my sister from ordering in the future because he’s offended by her last name. When she tried to speak to him about this, he told her to have her boyfriend come down there and “face him like a real man”. He is rude and immature and clearly not management material. Hopefully the owners of this store will make changes before he further ruins their store.
