I called in an order at 6:50 pm tonight, October 29th, was told it would be 25 minutes. My husband showed up to pick it up, and no order. He left, I called back to find out what happened to the order, and was hung up on. I called back a third time and spoke to the manager???, and was asked if I wanted to place another order. I said NO! I asked for her name but could not get it. I will NOT ever spend my hard earned money at this place again!

Totally awful. Ordered online, and waited over an hour and a half for my order. When I never received it, I called the store and asked to apeak to the manager so I could receive a refund. I was told the manager left, then I was passed onto the delivery person. Really? Im supposed to believe a major corporate chain would allow subordinates alone in the store a day before a major holiday? Clearly, I was being lied to.

The manager of the store called before the driver left the store to ask me about a tip because i paid online and did not put one. So she wanted to know how much I will giving the driver when he gets here so she can had it To my card. I told her I did not have any more money to put a tip. If me not having the tip is problem cancel the order because I don’t have it. My apologies for not having more money but wanting to give my children pizza that they asked for. Then the manager gave me the talk of if I don’t have the tip I should not order delivery but pickup so I can use the $4 delivery fee as tip. Will never order from this store again.
