Writing a late review, went in this past Friday night. First time visitor to lowell, I’m Unfamiliar with the area. Cass was so welcoming and talked so kindly. I could see that they were busy and the team was working hard. She handled it with respect and professionalism.

Wanted to give a good review about an effective team lead/manager yesterday. Our order was taking a really long time to arrive, and we called to ask what was going on. It was simply that the delivery driver had grabbed the wrong bag/food and they were already in the process of fixing it.
They had pre-emptively already remade the food for us, so that it wouldn’t be cold when it arrived.
Despite the delay, I felt they did a great job and we appreciated the effort. I’ve even worked at a Dominoes pizza in the past and still eat there to this day. This site has done a pretty great job with all our orders, especially over the last 2 months.

I’d like to take a moment to do a shout out to the 77 Mammoth rd Domino’s in Lowell, MA. Thank you, for always getting our order right and to the hard working crew that nows how to work as a team! Also, a special shout out to the manager Cassie that was working last night. Either a big smile on her face, she was working her tail off even while wearing a cast on her arm. Ive never seen a manager more patient and happy to help customers and co-workers alike. A manager like that is hard to come and it was refreshing to see one who seemed to be genuinely happy to be at work. Give that store and manager the recognition they deserve!

The last 3 times I’ve gone here the pizza was cut so horribly that half of the slices was the size of a slice of personal pizza and the other half were so big I had to cut them in half. I get that there are one offs but clearly someone’s depth perception or vision needs to be tested. The last time I told the cashier and she didn’t even notice which tells me this is a normal occurrence. Do better. I have pictures of the smallest and largest slices side by side from the last 2 pizzas

My son orders from here all the time, the food is great when it arrives hot. Four times now they go to the wrong town. We are in Dracut but they end up in Chelmsford. Right street wrong town. They tell us that’s where there gps takes them. On the receipt they hand us it has our address and town, maybe they need new gps or people that can put two and two together. It says Dracut but my gps is taken me to Chelmsford, wait let me call the customer to verify the address. It’s called common sense, which they obviously lack. I called the last time to complain all they say is we can send you another pizza. What to Chelmsford?

Last few times ordering from this location they can’t get it right. Tonight I order stuff jalapeño and NO BACON cheesy bread sticks and guess what GOT BACON! Clearly marked on the receipt and the receipt on my phone. The ends were burnt and they just looked not appealing.

My girlfriend did the review before mine and the response of trying again was worthless! 3 of them (probably arent) but why do they look the sausages? Also wheres your dressing? Its all burnt. From what i can see you guys just need to restart or be something else because you can NOT domino. Do better most people at out after long days you chose to work there and give us this? Disgusting! Kass gave a once in a lifetime customer service experience, I seriously haven’t had a interaction with one working worh that much Enthusiasm and joy to be where she isn’t doing what she’s doing. Working at 2:14am, in packed store on hall Halloween with a smile and the upmost amount of care for the customers experience.
