Absolutely horrible customer service on 2/2/26 @ exactly 1:39 am I called the store because my order said it was out for delivery SINCE 1:18 am and the map showed the driver was just outside the store the entire time not even making my delivery. And the lady who was working hung up on me when I asked about this in my face and canceled my order. I definitely will see who I can reach out about this because this should not be the type of employees they should be hiring. And I will gladly stay away from this location moving forward!

I am beyond frustrated with my recent experience at Domino’s. I ordered a Philly cheesesteak pizza, a pepperoni pizza, and cinnamon bread twists for takeout. I picked up the order, drove home, and waited an hour for my girlfriend to get home so we could enjoy the meal together. When we finally opened the bread twists, instead of the cinnamon ones I ordered, we found garlic bread twists. Completely wrong and disappointing.
I immediately called the store to resolve the issue, and to my surprise, the manager was incredibly rude. They showed no interest in fixing the mistake, offering zero solution, and outright refused to remake the cinnamon bread twists. It’s mind-boggling that a company would fail so miserably at basic customer service, especially when they made the error in the first place.
This experience has completely soured my view of Domino’s. It’s not just about the food—it’s the lack of accountability and poor customer service that’s unforgivable. I will not be ordering from Domino’s again, and I highly suggest you take your business elsewhere if you expect any kind of quality service or respect as a customer.

Went to pick up my pizza that was sitting there waiting, there was a Spanish girl just scrolling on her phone , I even said hello can I pick up the pizza , she never looked up mins went by a very nice girl came from the back to give my order the Spanish girl stayed scrolling on her phone never even looked up , out I n my car she still never looked up , despite me moving and setting the motion sensors off , girl was a total flake , girl that came from the back very nice Tuesday November 11 at about 5:30pm

Glad to know I am not the only one who has had trouble with this place. Ordered my pizza pepperoni the pizza was not cooked properly. When I proceeded to call they stated that it was not true that their pizza was cooked and then the cheese bread without the sauce I ordered. The sent the delivery to the wrong place then when the delivery called he did not know where he was supposed to be. Pizza was cold, not properly cooked and horrible
