I have three gift certificates because FOUR of my recent Domino’s orders were either completely wrong or never even delivered — even after the app showed “delivered.” One of your drivers decided not to knock, not to call, just leave with my food.
The only bright spot in this mess was the amazing corporate rep, Sophia, who was actually helpful and mailed us three gift certificates. They came today — and at the bottom, it says delivery is accepted. But when I called, the guy on the phone said pickup only. Whatever.
So now I’m forced to do pickup. Fine. At least this way I’ll actually get my food. I placed the order online for pickup, but somehow there’s still a delivery fee showing up on my pickup order. Wow — being charged to waste my own gas?
Decided to call the store, and now I’ve been on hold for 15 minutes… and counting.
The Haverhill store has completely turned me away from Domino’s. Might honestly be my last time ordering.

So I ordered on the app my pizza was incorrect it was missing toppings and had the incorrect toppings. I wanted Philly steak and bacon they didn’t have it so they just gave me sausage. They didn’t call me I didn’t receive anything on the app I was not notified that they didn’t have these options I was given a refund but what kind of training is that. That’s bad customer service if I called Haverhill house and they didn’t have the toppings they would have called me back and I would have got a different Pizza. Bottom line bad training bad customer service refund or not total bullshit

I have never had any issues with the food we have ordered here. I have never had missing items, cold food etc. Only once did it take almost 2 hours for our food to get to us but we ordered super late. Considering that is the only issue we ever had, we are very satisfied with them. Maybe they were short staffed that night, had excessive deliveries etc. I am thankful they are open so late as they seem to be the only place open past 10pm which is so convenient for a late night where we haven’t eaten anything yet and have zero motivation to cook something. Their prices when using coupons are great.

The service is horrible, there’s zero accountability, and everything gets blamed on “technical issues.”
Earlier this month, I ordered a couple of pizzas. The tracker said 45 minutes — delivery took 1 hour and 25 minutes. A second order later showed 38 minutes — again took over an hour.
I called and explained it already happened twice. I was told, “Call back next time and we’ll take care of you with free pizzas.”
Today, I called around 6:30 PM to place that order and reminded them of the situation. They said it was all set.
Here’s how tonight went:
• 6:59 PM – Driver supposedly left
• 7:23 PM – Told driver was 5 minutes away
• 7:50 PM – App says order completed (it was NOT delivered)
• Call store — told the driver just came back
• 8:04 PM – They re-enter the same order, promise 20 minutes
• 8:45 PM – Call again, “5 minutes away”
• 8:55 PM – Call again, now it’s “technical issues”
They literally admitted they had my food but wouldn’t put it in the car and bring it because “it doesn’t work like that.”
A 10–15 minute delivery turned into nearly 3 hours. I only ordered delivery because I couldn’t pick it up — otherwise I would have left long ago This start at 6:34 PM and was finally completed at 9:30 PM

I order a regular cheesee pizza first came out full of bubbles and no cheesee than the second one a few minutes after complain about and the second came out burn plus the driver after call just left the pizza on the ground didn’t even wait a second to leave it like that what kinda a service is that last time ordering there worst service and quality. This Domino’s location is trash, we’ll start with the positives, I like how late they are open, it was edible, I did get through it, and it filled both me and my wife up.
Negatives: outrageous pricing for a fast food style pizza (18.50 or something for a LG pepperoni reg crust), that’s what you would pay at a real takeout shop or restaurant, small sized pizza for a large and for what they charge, dry/sandpaperlike exterior and underneath, not enough of any ingredient (dough, sauce or cheese), long wait for the pizza, probably because it was way over cooked, that cook time should have been 10 minutes for a pizza with almost no ingredient’s on it, it took about 20 after I ordered, flat as a pancake, that whole pizza was flat, it wasn’t even cut all the way through, you had to put one foot on the crust and pull with both arms to dislodge a slice that was only 1/8 of an inch thick, the flavor was also weak, I think thats because it had no ingredients on it and was overcooked. They should just catapult all of their intelligent visitors to little Caesars, their Haverhill location drags this Domino’s location across the grass in every aspect of the battle, I didn’t know a pepperoni pizza could be bad, but if somebody emotionally fragile received what I got today, things could get really ugly.

Run! Run! Run! Don’t order here. Service is terrible. Employees texting on their phones then touching the food. No gloves or washing there hands. Then the food comes out and they place it on some kind of cart right next to a trash barrel.

I love Domino’s, but I wish I lived near a better one. Maybe 20% of the time I’ve gotten an order that was exactly what we ordered. Very often, sauce is missing from pizza (as in entirely), products don’t arrive, incorrect products come instead of the right one, and EVERY single time, the pizzas are cut to the point that I need to re-cut it myself. Either they’re cut horribly unevenly (giving razor thin slices next to slices that are almost a quarter the size of the whole pie), cut poorly so they don’t separate, or both.
I give them credit for prompt delivery, reasonable prices, and still being better than a lot of local pizza (which is both shocking and devastating). Delivery drivers are friendly and never struggle to find my apartment which is pretty inconvenient to get to.
I’ll keep going here because it’s Domino’s, but good lord do they need to get it together.
