This is ridiculous. They say home delivery but call from their car and say that they are ive done home delivery for years they would get a much tip if they actually did home delivery they suck then they call after review and try threatening my daughter had walk another building to get our food nevwr will order from them again and mind you i order all the but usually pick this is the 3rd time they call a d say their here im calling corporate

Excellent customer service!
Although, my delivery got cancelled at 7pm tonight due to my failure to prove I can receive back their calls to my number,
(1) the order taker spent a kind time to calculate pizzas I can spend with limited cash. I also feel so bad for
(2) the driver who did show up with my order from outside their delivery zone, but then couldn’t call me due to some mistake with my number, and then travelled back to their pizzeria to cancel it. I should’ve stood outside, instead of relying inside waiting for my unreliable phone in front of me to receive calls from them which for some reason couldn’t. I called them back 40 minutes later, and they said “Our driver had to cancel it…We called you multiple times, I even tried my work phone….you didn’t respond”. But I had my phone anxiously in front of me between 6:45-7:39pm, saw no calls from them, and assumed this was a normal delivery time and I should be patient (this was my first attempt to deliver pizza). So I finally called them to find out their disappointment.
Sorry guys, but I’ll be back a few years from now once I get income.

This is a small domino’s pizza place on West Boylston Street with excellent customer service. ( I love that!) The staff helped me with my whole order ,step by step , because I had a Verizon Up Domino’s gift card that I didn’t know how to redeem. Anyways, it was stress free for me, thanks to Kevin. It’s a very busy place with busy staff all around and it’s only Tuesday! My Food was kept hot until I was ready to take it! Me and two other people sat in to eat our pizza, chicken and bread. See the pics in this review . It is the average fast food pizza place, but I do love excellent customer service no matter where we go! This place gets a 5 star from me!!! 🙂 The manager Kevin was great! You can tell this place has a positive and good service !! Stop by and Say hi to Kevin , the manager and Andre, the Assistant manager. Oh yeah, one more thing…. look for coupons they always have some! Great deals to lower your cost! I create my own pizza 🙂

90 minutes worth of ‘Quality Check’ and the food was ice cold. Really disgusting. Overpriced. Delivery driver ‘spoke no English’ but had perfect English when they got hostile when they didn’t get a tip for sitting a mile away from my house for another 25 minutes. I think I’ll just order somewhere else from now on.

They have a rule if you are ordering more then 50 dollars worth of food you can’t pay in cash. No worries plenty of of business take cash dominos just lost a costumer.. fricking ridiculous

Today I placed an order with the option to pick it up from the branch… and when I arrived at the place, I was disgusted because the employees who were making the pizza were not wearing gloves, and everything was being sprinkled by hand, such as the cheese, olives, mushrooms, and all the other toppings.

I ordered two medium pizzas with two ingredients but it is very close to my house I chose to wait in the store parking lot and I saw how they prepared the pizza for me and used the cell phone, between very disappointed to cancel everything, I didn’t want anything but Anita attended me very friendly and understanding I explained to her that it was for my children and I didn’t like what I saw and that’s why I canceled it but she made me believe once again in dominos she is very hardworking, she told me that she would make the pizza herself and so she did
