Unfortunately, this is the worst experience I have ever encountered with ordering pizza. I ordered 2 larges and was informed 30 min later only because I called, that my order has been cancelled. However, the app said it has been made and quality checked. They claim that this is because the pizza maker quit. Buyer beware.

⚠️Beware!!! This place purely constructs the pizza, places it in an oven for 5 minutes and calls it “done”. You’ll have to put it in your oven for another 10 once it’s arrived. I rarely order from here due to past experiences being awful, from the customer service (or lack thereof) to the doughy, undercooked slop-in-a-box but tonight it was the only option. I opted for well done this time around but to no avail. Never again and please, for the love of cheese, save your money. This particular Dominos needs to be stripped from the franchise owner and given to someone who will provide all-around great customer service.

Hard to decide if it’s stealing from their own customer or a mistake. I ordered a handmade pan pizza for the cheese, and ended up receiving a normal pizza with almost half the diameter being dry crust. I regret not checking it and trusting them. Never trust this store again.

The last two times, dominos delivered food to me with meat on eating. I am a pure vegetarian person and seeing meat in my food is just extremely disrespectful. This same incident has been repeated twice in the last two weeks. Today when I called the dominos’ store to talk about this, my main aim was that the employees just take care in the future as this is highly disrespectful. But the manager at the store started saying that he will just not charge my card for the order and didn’t let me explain my main concern. Not only that, he started speaking to me in an inappropriate manner by saying things like “Thank you” and “Have a good night”, but in a very disrespectful way with sort of an Indian accent. I don’t understand if that was to mock me or what, but it was so disrespectful.

Ordered a medium pizza, and a cookie brownie. Pizza was almost completely raw, cheese was not melted, the crust was the only thing cooked. Previously we’ve gotten food poisoning from their chicken wings. Once is just bad luck, twice…is a bad business. NEVER AGAIN.

My favorite fast food Pizza is PapA John’s but my friend wanted to go to Domino’s so the pizza was ok but not great. The service was not great either. In fact we were charged ~$22 per a large pizza and we ordered 6 or 7 as I do t remember so we paid and added tips but when I checked online there were a special going on advertising for $12 for the same pizza. We could have saved at least $50.
