Ordered here twice recently, once was delivery and the wait time was an 55 minutes longer than originally quoted. Once the pizza arrived and I got it inside, the toppings had slid to one side, as if the driver let it fall.

Don’t rely on time estimates on the app/website when ordering from this store. When I called, the store said pizza is going to be delivered 2 hours after the app said at the time of ordering. Store will not give any partial refund or even a coupon for next visit. They offered to cancel the order…after I’ve been waiting more than an hour and it’s pretty late to conjure a new dinner plan. It’s a busy night. Things run behind. But a business should do something to make it right when their estimate is off by this much. I ordered pizza at 6:15. We will be eating at 9 pm. We live 4 miles from the store.
Edit: After my phone call, the pizza came quicker than estimated on the call. It was still more than an hour after the original estimate on the app and 1.5 hours after ordering. But I’m glad it didn’t take the additional time estimated over the phone.

3 medium pizzas for my kids and myself. Delivery was insanely fast for a Friday evening, the pizza was SUPER fresh and hot, just out of the oven. Perfect amount of toppings.

Ordered pickup and went to the Drive-Thru was told it would be 5 more minutes and to pull into the parking spot up front and said she would bring it out. curly haired girl was too busy gossiping and on her phone for 15 minutes and guess she forgot I was waiting. I went inside and some in the back had to get her attention that I was up front and she asked my name and finally put my sauces in a bag and gave me my order. Got home and this pizza was swimming in grease. Wings were good.

Don’t expect your order to be on time, even if you use the pizza tracker. Their times are never accurate. They will mark your order as complete, and tell you to pull up that it will be another 5-8 minutes, even though you have the pizza tracker that shows completed. The pizza tracker will estimate 20 minutes, then when you arrive 25 minutes after placing the order, you’re told it’ll be another 30 minutes. I have given this place too many chances, and I won’t be giving them anymore. They need new management or a better system with accurate time. Friendlier people might be better too

Ordered the special online and we love cheese so I made sure to put extra cheese as one of our topping and it was hardly any cheese on the pizza just sauce and very slim toppings. I was going to get hunts pizza from the local gas station because they are delicious and don’t skimp you with cheese and toppings but I decided to go with the 9.99 special and pick EXTRA cheese on both. It was a mistake shouldn’t have drove 20 mins. Should’ve taken 5 mins instead. What’s so bad was I was at the store with hunts pizza. Lesson learned…

My husband ordered pizza tonight for me to pick up on the way home (which we typically do about 2 times a week especially during ball season) well tonight there are storms so they have had power going on and off so since orders have disappeared and they have had to find them!! The manager (i assume) had to find mine and apologized more than once! I told her several times it was fine and i understood especially since i was a general manager at zaxbys things happen that are out of our control sometimes! They are always extremely nice and the pizza is always good! Now i said all of this to say people need to have more respect and grace for food service workers and remember they are human just like you and everyone makes mistakes! Thank you dominoes for making this sports mamas life easier every week with feeding her children lol!!
