Ordered a medium pizza for delivery and waited over an hour for it to show up. I then decided to call and cancel my order and went to leave to go get food elsewhere when I walked outside my pizza was just sitting out there, cold. No call, no text, no knock on the door. Just dropped it off and left. The pizza was made with little toppings and like I said very cold since it sat outside for who knows how long. This isn’t the first time we’ve had issues and honestly will not be ordering from there anymore.

My husband went to pickup 2 medium pizzas yesterday in Eldridge. He waited almost 15 minutes in the store while the only worker that was there sat in a pickup truck with her some guy until she finally realized someone was inside waiting. The truck was parked facing away from the store. How in the world is she supposed to be able to see customers coming in? Clearly didn’t care AT ALL and didn’t even offer an apology. The pizza was also terrible. Will never go back. No idea how this store is open. With workers like that, you don’t need enemies. Absolutely rude and ridiculous. Will be discouraging everyone I know from going here. Customer service was vile. Good luck with an employee like that running your store.

Well. Where to begin. Upon pulling into parking lot there are about 10 youngsters hanging out listening to music in their cars with the windows down while they all eat mcdonalds and pizza on the parking lot curb. I walk inside to all the monitors off and no one in the store. Someone walks in a few minutes later, and asks me what the name on my order was. He must have been taking a break with his friends.

The kids high school kids that work don’t care at all how your pizza turns out. They would rather rush your order and mess your pizza up and then mess around in the back room. Terrible management.

The owner is absolutely rude and disrespectful! Went to pick up order, screen even stated it was ready, but no order. They believe it was given to the wrong person. Owner states he will remake, which will be another 10 minutes. Makes no attempt to have a conversation or apologize! When new order was handed to me I asked if he had anything to say… he says this is America and everyone is short staffed as he walked away! I said that’s it and he said yep! I said we would not come here again and he stated that’s fine! Get home and believe it or not the order was wrong so we had to go back and get the correct order! Total time was 1 hour 10 minutes with no care or apology from the owner!

The BEST pizza I have ever had. Hands down. Everything from the digital updates, to the interior of the building, the employees, and of course the food, gave me a new outlook on fast service pizza! I think I waited 15 mins and there were 2 people in front of me.
