Reading the other reviews I’m kinda glad my pizza never arrived. Placed a $50-plus order for pizza, drinks, other things, paid with a credit card and tipped nicely (I was a pizza driver myself once),… and nothing. The app said my order was being quality checked. I kept the app on and it continued to tell me the order was being checked for three days. I was only at this hotel for one night, so, … maybe too much quality control.
Domino’s got my money and my tip and we got hungry. There are other choices for pizza by the ATL airport. If another pizza shop takes your money AND gives you a pizza in return, it could be a pretty skanky pizza and still be better than this Domino’s.

I visited the location upon entering it was 3 workers inside none greeted me it took them 13min to come to the front register once he came to the register he ask me have I been helped like really all yall in a huddle but anyways I asked for the special 2topping pizza that’s advertising on the TV and I was told that I have to go online to order
Why when the commercial clearly states inside pickup
I just had ordered this same order two days ago inside the restaurant
If they are only taking orders online, then the inside needs to be closed and just have a pick up window
I am vision, impaired and legally is blind and I took the time to come up to this restaurant to order my pizza that I wanted from Domino’s and cannot get it due to the guy will not take my order because I have to do online only
I’m not understanding this process y’all should only be advertising online orders. Because if a patron cannot come inside and make an order at the register with the purpose of having a whole commercial advertising pick up only inside restaurant, it does not say on the commercial you have to order online.
This is very misleading and does not make any sense to me. This is one of the reasons why I stopped coming to this location even though it’s new in our neighborhood because they do not take inside orders I took the time today to voice my opinion because this is ridiculous.

I just got 4 pizzas. One was so burnt that upon eating it, it cut my gums. I finally found the number to call them, I didn’t want it replaced I just wanted my funds back and the only option was to give me credit for a FREE PIZZA!!!! It’s NOT FREE if I paid for it! Then I just got off of work I’m TIRED and they want me to drive back to them and wait when I’m over the pizza. I just want my money back and they can have the burnt one. Check your food before walking out the door. I ordered through the app though they burnt it I am inconvenience because they want me to either bring it back to be replaced or to give me a credit. How bout just my money back to my card please!!!!!!!!
