Called at 6:09 pm yesterday and they told me 45 min to an hour. I waited 2 and a half hours for our food, it was hot and I called 3 times to find out what the hold up was and the workers couldnt even figure out where the driver was because he wasn’t answering. Finally got our food at 9pm and the driver was absolutely ignorant. They really need to refund their customers with such poor customer service like this anymore.

We were honestly really nervous about this place seeing how the other reviews were fairly poor. However food was much better than anticipated, I got the pepperoni boli and she got the veggie boli. The bread was surprisingly crunchy in a good way and the there was ample cheese and filling. Place looks a little sketchy but food was better than anticipated.

Ordered eggplant pizza and calzone on Tuesday evening for dinner. Pizza and calzone was delicious. I had two issues. One issue is the fact that when I called to order, it took an extremely long time for them to answer. I almost hung up thinking they were closed. I picked up my order and when I got home, the calzone came with tomato sauce. When I went to use the tomato sauce, it was fizzing like soda and it smelled bad. How old was this tomato sauce that they gave me? Thankfully I didn’t eat it and just threw it away. My suggestion is to check food before leaving the store and for the owners to check the quality of food before they serve it to customers!!!!

I ordered 2 hoagies as a pizza and the pizza and 1 hoagie were fine. But the Italian hoagie has stuff on it i asked not to be on it and it was toasted, never had I gotten an Italian hoagie from here and it was toasted. I called and they said they would send me another one which was great, but it took an hour for it to get to me and it was so warm and soggy it was inedible, didn’t help that the driver kept it in the trunk. Very disappointed considering I’ve always loved their hoagies, but lately I don’t know what’s been happening.

I had their regular cheese pizza at a get-together of friends in Carbondale. This pizza was delicious made with real mozzarella cheese (not a cheese blend)! The crust was cooked well and not burnt and not too thick. The hoagies were good as well. I would definitely order their round cheese pizza!!

Tells me 45 minutes to an hour, and I get it it can be busy at times, but no courtesy call to tell me it’s going to be late, maybe allow me to just come get it if it’s going to be longer? Customer satisfaction is an all time low at this place lately

it is hands down the best pizza in Carbondale and for a great price. It may be hard to get a hold of them some times on busy days but it’s always been worth it.

love the pizza and wings ij just had mushrooms and onions OMG it was so good I really do enjoy eating from this place. The employees are very friendly and always polite nice to see young people with respect for older generation.
