Table ordered a pizza and I ordered a gorgonzola salad, topped it with shrimp to make it a entrée. Salad was delicious and beautiful.
Pizza was OK.
Prices seemed a bit high for market.
We were seated in a side dining room. Acoustics were horrible making it difficult to converse.
Waiter was friendly & efficient.
Overall, not my favorite Italian Restaurant, but definitely a go again.

This dining experience was great!! We had a lovely waitress. We ordered veal parm, Alfredo & vodka pasta. Let me tell you, you will be in love. If you love vodka pasta they nailed it! Portions are great sizes & shareable. Prices are even better & worth it. Don’t pass it up!

Blown away by my first experience at Dolce Mamma! We came in right before close during a snow storm because we were from out of town and desperate for food. Jionna, the bartender, was incredibly kind, patient, helpful, and personable. As a bartender myself, I was really impressed with her, she rocks!! My group and I got our food to go and when we got to our hotel we were shocked at how incredible the food was. It was genuinely a 5 star experience from start to finish; thank you to Jionna and the kitchen crew for all your hard work and for being such a highlight of our day!!

Had a party of 12. Waiter told us meals would not come out at same time if we had multiple checks. First time ever at a restaurant where I was told this. He literally argued with us about this. 5 of us were/are waitresses so this is bad business. Everyone was happy with their food. Needed a better red sauce. 2 glasses of wine $30!!! Gratuity automatically included. Probably will not go back.

We had dinner and everything was delicious. The server Donavin was very kind and attentive. The pasta and entree portions were very filling. The desserts were a bit small in size compared to others, very good too.

Had pasta bolognese. Only received about 1/4 cup of spaghetti, if that.
3 of us and all our food was COLD.
Told by the server we would be comped for the 3 meals, then they told us they won’t do that. Instead, a free dessert.
On the menu the pasta bolognese was $15.00
On the bill it was $15.60
The tax was on a separate line, so the $0.60 difference was not tax.
Yes, it seems frivolous to complain about the $0.60
And I was not looking for a “free” meal.
Will not go back and will not recommend!
Plenty of higher quality Italian restaurants in the Lehigh Valley!
The server was very nice.

Just had lunch at Dolce Mamma on 512 in Bethlehem and it was delicious!! We had Hot Italian Sausage and Broccoli Rabe sandwich with fries, a long with the Italiano sandwich with fries and they were both really delicious!! Good service, good food, stop by for lunch and they also have a dinner menu that we can’t wait to try out next time!!

We had the salmon puttanesca and the chicken parmigiana. Both were excellent. The atmosphere was rather ordinary so we were pleasantly surprised by the quality and quantity of the entrees. Also, have to mention the generous and expertly prepared martini.

This restaurant has been here for a long long time. They changed their name for some reason. The new name means “Sweet Mama”. It was “Anna Bella” before. The waitresses are very friendly and the owner is typical Italian warm. The food is decent. If you do not want to drive to NYC or Philly, this is a good spot for some Italian food.

I would definitely recommend this place to those with dietary restrictions! First time here and ordered linguini with clams in tomato sauce, gluten free. It tasted pretty darn good! They also have gluten free pizza which I will definitely try in the future. Our server was Taylor and she was more than willing to accommodate me and even understood the struggle of eating out with restrictions. Everyone else we encountered was also friendly and willing to help as well!
