I really enjoyed my experience at Dolan’s. Admittedly this was my first exposure to Uyhghur cuisine of any kind but it was definitely a great start. Everything was really fresh, well prepared and perfectly seasoned. Also really enjoyed the tea and birds nest baklava. Service was friendly, attentive and comfortable.
Definitely worth a visit if you are in the area.

I came here for the first time with a friend and it ended up being an amazing experience. I had no expectations walking in, but once the food arrived, every dish impressed me. The flavors were rich, well balanced, and incredibly satisfying. Each bite felt thoughtfully prepared and full of character. Everything looked just as good as it tasted, which made the experience even better. This was a type of cuisine I had never tried before, and I was genuinely happy to discover it. Every item we ordered was spot on, and I left excited to come back and explore more of the menu.

Good place to try some Uyghur food. Inside is bright and comfortable. Lightly but tastefully decored. Plenty of tables. It’s a good place for small groups. The laghman noodles and gosh nan were good but could have used some extra spice for my own taste. Lamb kabobs were good though. Would come back to try more.
Service was good. Friendly staff. Small parking lot in back.

The lamb skewers were excellent, deeply seasoned with fragrant cumin, and the boiled lamb was rich and flavorful. The Uyghur goshnaan stood out—juicy on the inside and very satisfying. The fried naan with beef was decent, though less memorable than the other dishes.

This is such a wonderful Uyghur restaurant! Service is always great, generous portion size, and delicious food. This is the big plate chicken with extra noodle. The noodles are fresh and have a nice texture. I also recommend the samsa (flaky pastry with beef inside!)

Being from Almaty, I’m very familiar with Uyghur cuisine, and I can honestly say that Dolan’s Uyghur Cuisine is one of the best places I’ve found here in the city. The dishes are authentic, full of rich flavors, and very well-prepared. From the hand-pulled noodles to the savory lamb dishes and the perfectly spiced rice, everything tastes just like home.
The staff is incredibly polite and welcoming, which makes the dining experience even better. The atmosphere is cozy and friendly, perfect for enjoying a meal with family or friends. I truly appreciate the care they put into the food and the service.
If you love authentic Uyghur cuisine or want to try it for the first time, Dolan’s is a must-visit. Everything we tried was delicious, and I can’t wait to come back and try even more dishes.

If you like halal and spicy food, you should stop by Dylan’s Uyghur cuisine. Yesterday my boyfriend really enjoyed chicken skewers and big plates of chicken (大盤雞). I liked the lamb kabobs and the chicken skewers. The milk tea was pricey but I enjoyed it ‘s salty taste. We also ordered spicy rice noodles dish with beef but it was super spicy for me. A lot leftover the big plates of chicken even we ordered half of it, the portions could feed four people.
