It took one and a half hours for my food to arrive. My whole table finished their food before I recieved my meal. They said it went to a different table and had to be remade. About two hours after we left, the restaurant added another charge to my card. Everyone at my table of 5 paid individually, we were still together so everyone showed me their receipts and the extra charge didn’t even match anyone’s total. I called the restaurant twice with no answer. So not only did my whole table have to wait for me to eat, I paid my full bill then got charged for a random order for someome not in my party of 5. Never had that happen to me before, very sad . The food I ate was good! The experience was unsatisfactory. This truly ruined what was a great weekend. I wish we had went somewhere else for dinner.

Thhhhe most fun! I had never been before — went with some friends for a birthday party. Bartender was slow to get us drinks. But playing the games and atmosphere was it! Definitely a fun place to go with friends or take your kiddos back to the arcade.

Went in for the first time to enjoy a honeymoon with wife, sign states to sit yourself, went to a table and sat down, wasn’t comfortable. A better lower section was closed at the time with some booths, asked if it truly was closed advised it was. Waited for 15 mins moved over to another table waited another 15 mins, moved again in case they didn’t see us and still no one waited on us. We wasted 30-45 mins of our time sitting. We just went ahead and left. We wanted to enjoy the arcade, but never gave it a chance since we wanted to enjoy some food and drink first. If you see tables full of food with no one around, with about 20 people inside you may not get waited on.

This place is fun but they double charged my card and when I called to talk to the manager she basically said there’s nothing they can do about it. And I’m not the only one that’s having this issue. There have been multiple people that this is happening to and the manager just says “it’s because the place didn’t charge the card when it was used so it’s charging it now” that is b.s! My transaction history shows where I was charged when I was there and then again 2 times after that the next month.

We visited while in town for a competition. Our amazing server, Sienna, absolutely ROCKED it! She had a LOT of tables and kept our drinks full and our food ordered quickly. Everything was delicious, service was stellar and we will be back when we are in town again!

Fairly friendly environment. Service was good but she forgot to bring our plates for the pizza, but she was rushing around busy. I also think that they should vocally let us know when they have promotions. I missed out on a good deal because i didn’t see the sign until I left. Otherwise service was pleasant. The place was nice. Kids had fun in the arcade. I would return! Especially since they have karaoke and axe throwing.

Took my family here for a good time and I honestly couldn’t enjoy myself. We started off bowling and the lanes keep stopping. The pins are on a string so when you bowl they are dangling and you can’t continue the game. We tried to play some of the arcade game but most of them just took our points and didn’t work or worked but not properly. Then we sat at a table for over 30min and no one came to take our order, even after speaking with one of the servers. We walked into the Karaoke room and was told that someone rented the whole room out for themselves. There was no sign or anything so I believe he was lying because it was just an old man and a bunch of young teen girls which didn’t sit right with me even after leaving.

My server Quinn was really nice and she got me my food rather quickly. She is is such a good waitress and does her job really well. This place is awesome. I ordered the loaded nachos and they were amazing. Will be coming back soon for sure and bringing my friends.

Food was great. Drinks were not the best.. The rest of the place was pretty good though. You can tell they’ve had some problems with disrespectful kids by some if their policies, but my little family had a blast. Thanks for not charging for every little thing like Foosball and cornhole. ❤
