Pizza is good but whoever is running the business is not very smart. Went to the website on New Year’s Day to see if they were open. Nothing on the website saying they weren’t, so I ordered a large pizza. Order went thru, card was charged and I was give a pickup time.
Went there and read the note on the door to the place they were closed. I don’t begrudge them being closed for NYD, but I would expect them to put it on their website or atmleast turn off the order function. I expect management to respond to this review and confirm the charge against my card was reversed.
SMH. I expect better since its.not.lkke online ordering was invented yesterday.

Received a call from the owner apologizing for the error and I received a full refund. I have updated my review score to reflect my satisfaction with how rh8s business responds to customers when they fall short. IMO, this reflects the highest standard any business can achieve in customer support: addressing legit complaints from customers PROMPTLY and without making excuses. I encourage anyone interested in good pizza at a reasonable price to order from Dogwood Pizza online or in person.

I didn’t eat in, I had it delivered. They always deliver on time or a little early, they’ve never been late with mine. I love Dogwood Pizza!! I usually get a create my own pizza and a spinach salad that I also had them remove some things and add others. Last I got the cinnamon styx that I split with my sister. Didn’t need them but can’t pass them up! I don’t get pizza anywhere else.

Since we discovered the Dogwood Pizza, this has been our favorite place to order pizzas. There are several options but we usually ordered meatball and vegi ones for the adults and meat and ham for the kid. The pizzas often tasted very fresh and delicious, and the quality was consistent. The thin crust base is the best. Wait time is about 15 minutes. No delivery so we have to pick up for taking out. We spent almost $80 for 2 large and 1 small pizzas including tips.

Dogwood pizza wins the best pizza in the area, hands down. My family and I have been coming here since I was in 9th grade and have not stopped coming in. The cheese on their pizzas have a unique taste that I haven’t tasted anywhere else. I don’t know exactly what, but it’s so delicious. They have other options like wings, subs, cinnamon sticks, cheese sticks, salads, and more. You can’t go wrong with the original cheese pizza but any toppings added have fresh and flavorful taste. The Stromboli is another favorite of mine. Big, juicy, flavorful, and you can add any toppings you want. To finish it all, you can have my favorite, the cinammon sticks. They’re the right amount of sweet, crunchy, and abundant. All these dishes for a very honest price,greatly delicious flavor, and size. What more can you ask for? If you’re in the area, make sure to grab some. You won’t regret it!

Great pizza place just off of Five Forks and Ronald Reagan Pkwy. The prices are reasonable. The staff is friendly too. The pizza was nostalgic and tasted great! The establishment gave off a 90s pizza joint vibe, which is ironic because they have been in business that long. As you can see from the wall, they have been a partner in the community long before rebranding in 2015 from Buck’s Pizza to Dogwood Pizza. If you are in the area, make sure to stop by and shop local.

The place is right next to num dae mun farmers market. They have limited seating area. We tried the veggie pizza and cheese stick. The taste wasn’t anything different from other pizza places but their toppings were generous amount. Respect the fact that it’s family owned and been in business for a while.

Our favorite area pizza place for many, many, many, years now. For a couple of previous orders the toppings were skimpy but that’s been corrected and today’s pie came with plenty of cheese and toppings. My go-to is the Greek specialty pizza, my husband likes his simple with extra cheese and black olives. Always friendly employees and quick service, we love having them in our community.

The pizza here is great!! A bit expensive and sometimes the pizza might take a while to come out but it’s worth the wait,because the pizza here is GREAT The people that work here are SUPER NICE even the owner. They have Televisions on with one of them being shows for the little ones and most of the time sports. They have plastic forks, knifes, and spoons ready for being used. They also have pepper and cheese there also ready to be used. Some times it can be a bit dirty but its not that much trash there’s always napkins available and a variety of drinks. 5 STARS
